kennedy dropped everly off before taking zach to her house.

"you okay?" kennedy asked zach, unlocking the door.

"yea, thank you for getting me out of their before i made the worst mistake of my life.

"you're welcome," kennedy said.

zach followed kennedy upstairs to her bedroom, setting on her bed.

"who's jamison?" he asked.

"he's my ex," she said.

"what happened?" he furrowed his eyebrows.

"he cheated on me with kay," she said looking down. "i'm so stupid for trusting her again."

"listen, you didn't know. you were being the good person and giving her another chance," he said. "not many people would do that."

kennedy gave him a smile before pulling him in for a hug.

"thank you," she said.

"you're welcome," he smiled, "now go get your pajamas on and let's watch a movie."

she quickly changed and laid in bed with zach, laying her head on his chest.

they turned on a movie and fell asleep awhile after.
