Chapter 3: Carnival Date.

Raven was in the kitchen making her tea for the morning when suddenly Damian walked in. "Hey" she greeted. He just nodded in response. He was going to the cabinet looking for the tea packs. "Looking for this?" Raven said showing him the tea packs.
"Yea, thanks"
Damian said grabbing the tea pack from her. His hand accidentally touches her. They both look at each other and look away and started blushing. "How's the wound?" She said pointing at his leg but avoiding his gaze. "Better, thanks to you" he said smirking. She blushed even harder. She finished making her tea then left the room in hurry trying not to look at him. He chuckled to see her leave in a hurry. He found it cute.

Soon enough he also finished making his tea and went back to his room to make report. He sat down on his chair and started typing the report. But he couldn't get a certain empath out of his mind. After sending the report to his father he lied down on his bed and started thinking and then out of nowhere he got an idea and started pondering about it then ran out of his room he went to Raven's room and knocked.

She opened it then got suprised it was Damian. "D-Damian what are you doing here?" She said confused. "I was thinking if you would want to some mandatory fun but only the t-two of us" he said nervously and closing his eyes tightly in the end of the sentence. "Like a date?" She asked confused. "Yea, sure if you want to call it that" he said scratching the back of his neck. "Sure" she said smiling, he was relieved she said yes. "We leave by six?" Damian asked. She nodded and then he waved then left.

She shut her door, realized that he was feeling the same then just stared at the wall realizing that he just asked her out. Then her father kicked in.

YOU ACTUALLY HAVE AFFECTIONATE FEELINGS FOR THIS MORTAL. VERY WELL DEAR DAUGHTER. RELEASE ME OR I WILL KILL THE BOY!!

She was shocked, she was scared, she will never let him kill Damian. The only thing she could do was put a mental barrier between her father and her. After that she started to get ready.

Damian got ready then looked at the time it was 5:45. He fixed his hair then went to Raven's room he knocked. When she opened the door he was Starstrucked she was gorgeous. She was wearing a blue dress up to her thighs and a blue leather jacket. He thought to himself how can someone wear something simple but looked like a goddess. He went back to reality when he heard his name. "Damian!" She yelled.
"Huh, what?" He asked. "Are you okay?" He nodded and she looked at him from top to bottom he was wearing a blue turtleneck and some jeans and rubber shoes. She thought he looks hot. She was biting her lip. "Raven!" She got back to earth. "Are you okay?" He asked then smirking mocking her previous words. "Yea" she said shyly. "Let's go" he said questionably seeing if she was all set. She nodded and followed him down to the garage. He got on he gestured her to get on too. She held his torso. Damian suddenly got dirty thoughts. He shook his head for his thoughts to go away and started the bike then left.

They parked outside of the carnival and got off. Damian payed for their entrance and when they got in he asked "What do you want to do first?" She pointed to the game booths and grabbed his hand then ran towards the booths.

After the games they bought some food and found a table to eat at. While they were there Damian was barely eating, he just stared at Raven stunned by her beauty. "Why are you staring?" She asked looking down grabbing some food the looked up to see his beautiful emerald eyes while chewing her food. "Nothing" he shook his head and started eating. After they finished Damian had the idea to buy some cotton candy for the both of them. When he got back he handed one to the demoness sitting and gladly took it. "Before we go can we ride that" she said pointing at the ferris wheel. "Sure" he smiled seeing her happy was everything to her.

After they ate the cotton candy they went to the ferris wheel and luckily there was no line. They got on they were on top of the ride and it had the perfect view of the city in nighttime. "Its beautiful"
Raven saying starstrucked at the city's light. "You're beautiful" Damian said staring at her while placing his hand on top of hers. Raven quickly looked back to the green eyes she loved so much. Without hesitation Damian put his hand on Raven's cheek and went closer Raven was being pulled by his emerald eyes. But quickly pulled back. "Damian I-I can't" she said looking down. "Why?" He asked concerned. "If I do this I would be putting you in danger. And after everything that happened I can't risk that" she said looking back to his eyes. He looked confused. Raven made it easier and added " My father wants to kill you and I don't want that to happen so I can't do this" he looked kinda scared but his hand back on her cheek and said "I don't care about what you're father will do to me, I will make sure that won't happen, I will never leave you. Not now not ever." He said smiling. Tears started to form in Raven's eyes. In a quick motion Damian pulled her to a passionate kiss and she quickly returned it. They pulled away smiling.

After the ride they went back to the tower to Raven's room. When they were in front of her door she said "Thank you for tonight, it was great" "which was great the fun or the kiss?" he asked smirking. Raven grabbed him and pulled him to another kiss. After they pulled away "Does that answer your question" Raven was now the one smirking. "Yup" he said smiling. "Goodnight Damian" she said "Goodnight, beloved" he responded she entered her room and he went to his. Both of them slept peacefully that night knowing they have each other.
