3rd POV
It had been a week since Aizawa had assigned Todoroki to Midoriya. A few days ago, Aizawa had asked Todoroki to get close enough to know why Midoriya hated All Might so much, and so that's exactly what Todoroki was doing. Getting closer.
"Midoriya." There was a groan heard from inside. "Come on, we have school today, we are going to be late."
"You can head out without me.. I'll be right there.."
"Oh no, you've played that one on me before, come on," Much to Midoriya's dismay, Todoroki's voice was still monotone as ever. But he would get there.
Midoriya was eventually pulled out of bed.
"Ok ok.. lemme just," Midoriya took a step and fell to the ground. It took everything he had not to fall back asleep immediately.
"Midoriya," Todoroki was really trying not to laugh, "Its Friday. You have all weekend to do this. Why are you so tired anyway?"
"I stayed up all night reading books." Midoriya groaned again and pointed to the seating area. Well, he was about 6 feet off, but Todoroki got the point.
"Hm, I'm glad you like them. Start managing yourself better though. God, you're making me sound like Iida." Todoroki cracked a smile, a small smile that Midoriya would have seen if he was up.
"The books are good though. It's not my fault all of them are perfect. Wait, what do you mean 'I'm glad you like them'?" Midoriya finally got up, stumbling towards his closet to get him uniform.
"Oh? You weren't told. Well, Kaminari, Yaoyorozu, and I decorated your room. Well we asked.. Dabi.. what you liked and Yaoyorozu made it and I decorated. Kaminari did nothing but watch." Todoroki was still smiling but quickly stopped when Midoriya looked his way.
"Can you help me!?" Todoroki blushed slightly when he realized Midoriya was talking about his tank top and sweatpants. He was getting angry because he couldn't get them off. How tired was this boy?!
"What's so hard, you literally just take them off. I don't see the problem."
"Well, Dr. Einstein, if you're so good, come and help me!"
Todoroki gave in. Something he had learned throughout the week, Midoriya was a baby. How did a baby ever become a villain?
And to think, they didn't even know the half of it, still not realizing he was quirkless. It made Midoriya want to laugh and thankfully Bakugou didn't tell anyone. Neither did Aizawa.
Soon Midoriya's tank top was off and he was putting on his UA shirt and tie. He went to kick off his sweatpants and Todoroki spun around, eyes squeezed shut.
"Midoriya!" Todoroki had slightly yelled at Midoriya. He thought that was progress to getting the boy to show emotion. "We've been over this, you can't keep doing that!"
"How do you survive in a locker room full of boys if you can't handle watching one change?" It was pretty obviously to Midoriya at least. Todoroki was gay. So obviously gay, it made him feel comfortable though. Him being bisexual and all.
"I-it's different! We are in your room! Alone!" Midoriya stifled his laugh. Poor Todoroki.
"Ok, I'm done, jeez. Now let's a-go!"
"Its actually like 3:30 in the morning and class starts at 7:30. I just wanted to get you up early so we didn't have to go through this process later." Todoroki was smirking. Well that was emotion. Kinda.
"You absolute punk." Midoriya rubbed his eyes, walking back to bed.
"I'll be back to wake you for first bell." Todoroki said, somewhat softly. Believe it or not, he was trying to beat emotions back into his head.
