Summery/Plot:
This anime takes place in 1988 witch is when World War III begins and Tokyo is destroyed. The anime then skips to thirty-one years later and the city of Neo-Tokyo is built. Neo-Tokyo is a rusted city that looks like it's on the edge of collapsing. This story is about a boy who lives there, Shotaro Kaneda. He's a delinquent who leads a motorcycle gang known as the Capsules. The story really starts when the Capsules fight against the rival gang known as the Clowns. However, Kaneda's best friend nearly crashes his motorcycle into Takashi, who jest escaped from the goverment.
