A/n; been in a somber sad-ish mode when writing this one, just like that last one as well :"0 dang depresso Expresso time

Stirring awake, you turned to look at your daily dose of smile, but saw nothing. Only an empty space. Frowning, you pulled yourself out of bed. Stretching your arms up, you let them loosely fall to your side, as the large shirt you had on kept slipping from your shoulder. Grumbling profanities, you let it fall, as you left the bedroom.

Making your way to the kitchen, you pushed aside the hanging beads, as they were replaced as doors. Basically any door inside the house was replaced with hanging beads.

Finally making it into the kitchen, you filled the kettle with water, getting yourself a mug for your morning tea. As the kettle was on the stove, boiling, you decided to make yourself two slices of toast and an egg. Buttering the pan as it sizzled, you placed the slices on the pan. As they fell on the pan, you jumped back in fear, as the butter popped out at you. Grumbling, you finished making your breakfast, having it on a plate, just as the kettle whistled. Grabbing the handle with a mitten, you carefully poured the water into your mug. Setting the kettle away, you grabbed your tea bag, dipping it into the mug, watching it change colors.

You were always finding it satisfying whenever it did that. When the tea bag lands into the water, it was like magic. It would swirl and change into the beautiful color of whatever tea leaves you craved for.

Smiling, you grabbed your plate and mug, sitting on the living room floor. The room was adorned with unique, historical, hoodoo/voodoo decor. Beautiful flowers sat by the window, or were hung upside down on the wall for later uses, like for baths. There wasn't much in the room, being only one couch, a small coffee table, the decors and a woven rug.

You plainly sat on the floor, as you consumed your meal. Plate cleared, you drank your tea, as it coated your throat down to your stomach. Letting out a sigh of relief, you set the mug down. Scooting yourself a bit away from the table, you crossed your legs. Back straight, shoulders relaxed, arms resting on your legs, as you breathed in slow, exhaling softly.

Flashback

Your friend dragged you down the town, as you nearly trip with each step.

Making sure your head scarf, that protected you from the sun, wasn't falling off, you stared at the back of your friend's head,"(F/N)! Where are we going!?"

Turning around, they only gave a childish smile,"You'll see~"

Letting out a pout, you were continued to be dragged along for maybe 10 minutes, until they stopped. Looking up, you noticed a homely styled house. It looked magical, yet cozy.

Feeling yourself being pushed towards the wooden door, they giggled,"Come on Y/n! We don't have all day!"

Slapping their hand, you knocked on the door, confused. Hearing your friend laugh, you turned around scowling,"(F/n)!? Shut up you! I don't even know why I'm here. You better not be playing games or I-"

"Oh, hello miss."

Turning around, you had to crane your neck to look up. Your cheeks felt warm, as you stared at the dark handsome, scarred face, man. Swallowing hard, you nervously, played with the ends of your scarf,"Oh, uh, hello, sir!"

Raising a brow at you, he smiled warmly,"What can I help you with?"

Before you can answer that it was just a mistake, you friend wrapped their arm around your shoulder. Smiling widely up at the man, they laughed,"Well, my friend here has some troubles with something. I heard you can possibly help? Maybe some advice?" Blushing red, you hid your face in your head scarf.
