Chpt. 8: A Murder By The Garden Of Barden Academy

So it had been some months I haven't heard from my stalker it's a boring afternoon but then I was walking down the halls of Athena as some group of students from outside rushes to me I stopped in shock they were like somewhat in trouble or what..

"Are you The Artemis Vander?!"The other girl with long black hair says.

"Please..if you are Artemis you need to help us!!!"The other girl with red hair says.

"Okay..Im Artemis Vander and why are you three looking for me?"I asked as I observed the three girls.

"There been a murder at Barden Academy! And..a friend of ours told us about you and your friends who solves murders and crimes so we thought you could help us.."The girl with Pink hair says.

"I'm Jai Santos. This is Martina Bellrosario,And Andy Queens."The girl who has black hair says as she gestures to the two girls accompanying her.

"Alright..fine..so tell me about the murder."I said looking quite interested to hear about it.

"Well..It was this afternoon we saw some body parts by the lovely garden of Barden Academy..our school is always filled with happiness and harmony..but..right now we just can't sleep without being jumpy..because today we saw another part of a body"Andy says.

"And we know that your the right person to help us..show her the photos of where we saw the bodies"Jai says to Martina.

"Here."Martina says showing me on her phone gallery.

"Okay..um..Stay here..I'll just get my friends.."I said before rushing to our dorm.

As I burst into the dorm everyone jumped in shock "What's wrong?"Hailey asks.

"Is everything okay?"Maxine asks softly.

"Yeah tell us."James says.

"We need to go Dylan,Hailey,James come with me!"I said then Maxine came up to me.

"Can I come too?"She asks.

"No..i just asked for Hailey, Dylan, and James..those are the names I only called and besides its dangerous your stalker might he around.."I said before rushing out with the three.

We were running downstairs to the lobby of our school and there we saw the three girls I left waiting as I told them to do so.

"Artemis we really appreciate your help."Jai says.

"Don't thank me yet there work to do come on."I said before we went to go out we were gonna go walk our way there but Nicholas offered us a ride on his car.

So he drove us there since he said he's father and the team are there already and it's just nice that we run into each other since the team needs smart people.

As we arrived we rushed to the he garden as we entered the crime scene a certain detective stopped us from walking in"Well,well what are you children doing in here?"Detective Montez says.

"There my friends now let us in. And let us investigate on the crime scene"Nicholas says.

"This is detective work and you children just like to play around and not take this seriously."Detective Montez says.

"Let us in.."I said in a stern tone.

"And who are you to give me orders? Your not my boss or anything you guys are just teenagers who are pathetic."Detective Montez says.

3rd Person POV :

"Well I know you have a string of lovers. Does your wife know about that? Oh and you like to have all the credits to be yours..oh also how would your son and your little daughter react at knowing that there daddy is cheating and hurting there mommy?"Artemis deduces the detective.
