They look like twin but Sora's quirk is different along with her personality.

"Nooooo!!!!" The girl shouted released a huge wave of lightning and electric. Causing her to short circuit and fainted. The day she lost both of her parents and part of her.
She ends up required to wear a headphone that plays low volume of music as support equipment that her mother made. Traumatic from it, she becomes from a girl that smile and talk to a quiet and emotionless girl.
That is our heroine, cousin to Kaminari Denki... Kaminari Sora. Let's see her adventure to become a great hero.
