Chapter 5; imprint

Bella's POV

"Jake are you ok?" I asked. he was on one knee like he was about to propose or something. The thought made me shiver, what would people say and 21 year old marrying a 19 year old, although Jacob look 25 or some thing. " yer I'm fine." he replied in a daze "I need to go speak to Sam." he shook his head and walked away.

"I That way weird." I mumbled to my self as I was getting into the house. The bad thing is when ever Jakes gone the hole comes back. I lay on the sofa curled up and fell asleep.

Jakes POV

"Sam how could this happen? I mean I've seen Bella many time while I was a werewolf. Why have I only imprinted now? " I asked " to be honest I don't know. It might be because it's the first time you have seen her while she's a werewolf." he replied. "I better get back to Bella." I sighed. how would she react.

Walking through the door herd ear piercing scream come from the lounge. I ran in half expecting Edward to be trying to take her away or something but instead I saw Bella in hysterics on the sofa. "Hun. it's ok I'm here, don't worry." I said hugging her tight. "you ok babe?" "Yer I guess so." she replied breathless "wanna talk about it?" I asked "no." she whispered. it was now or never I might as well tell her now "Hun I have something to say. You know when I saw you after your first phase?" I said "yes." She replied trying to edge me on "well I sorta imprinted on you." I finished. I was silent for a moment then she, unexpectedly, kissed me with so much content and passion.

"that's great. Perfect acutely because I imprinted on you as well. I can just hid I better." She giggled. I was the happiest man alive. "let's celebrate. I'm taking you out for dinner tonight get ready we will leave in an hour." I smiled while saying it. "what ever you say chief." she replied just before kissing my neck and leaving to the bath room.

Bella's POV

I started to run my self a bath. I slipped into the warm soapy water and got to work. First I shaved my legs and washed my body. then I dried my self and jumped into a bath robe. "Makeup time" I thought. Foundation first. Than a tint of blusher, I didn't need much because I blush a lot naturally. Next I slapped some red lipstick onto my face and gently spread some gold eye shadow over my eye lids. "next clothes." I thought. Running over to my bed room I yanked open the closet and had a look. Perfect I found the dress it was red and strapless. the skirt was short and the dress clung to my body making my curves look quite nice. I curled my hair into little ringlets put on my golden high heals. On my way out I looked in the mirror and hoped Jacob would like it.

Jacobs POV

I had just finished getting red check shirt on leaving the top few buttons undone. Walked out and sat on the sofa when Bella walked out looking so amazingly beautiful her hair in perfect brown ringlets and her dress was gorges, strapless, red and short. "you ready babe?" I asked still stunned by her beauty "yer" she replied shyly. I realised my staring made her uncomfortable so I tried to stop. As we walked to the door I smelt a sickly smell come from out side.

Yanking the door open I saw him standing there. what was Edward doing here, how much nerve dose he have. I let off a long low growl and I herd Bella teeth tighten as she let out a growl so loud so wild I had to go a double take. her lip was curled over her teeth and was crouching ready to pounce.
