Hyunjin POV
I looked at the time, the clock showed that it's almost 11:30, Shi* I'm late! Jisung, Felix and Seungmin must have so annoyed waiting for me.
Well I'm 30 minutes late, because after I let y/n go out from the train safely I have to change to another train that brings back to previous station. It's okay, I don't feel like it's a bad thing. As long as y/n happy I'm happy with it.
...
Finally I made it to the meeting spot, which I could see 3 of my friends toasted under the afternoon summer sun while complaining from afar in front of convenience store.
Felix noticed that I'm walking closer to them, "Ah! that's Hyunjin!"
Jisung, "ugh finally! yah why are you so late? you're usually the first one to arrived. Are you giving revenge to us because we always made you wait?"
"Hahaha no bro, sorry.. suddenly something happened and I needed to do what I had to do," I replied.
Seungmin squinted his eyes as if he's trying to analyzing me,
"hmm... something important happened... I wonder what makes our 'punctual' Hyunjin came late,"
then Jisung suddenly start to sniffing the jacket that I wore, just like a curious puppy.
"bro why in your jacket smelled like a girl perfume?" he asked. Then Seungmin and Felix started to stand closer to mine. They all nodding as if confirming Jisung statement.
Ugh smart-ass Jisung, how can even he think about the smell?
"Um, no.. it's not a girl perfume. It's my laundry softener smell," I denied.
Felix deepen his voice and try to act as if he's a TV show MC who's trying to dig gossip information from celebrities, "don't lie Mr. Hyunjin! You're so bad at lying, it's obvious something's up."
Three of my friend still haven't giving up and keep pestering me to try figuring out who's perfume is it.
"YAYAYA WHAT ARE YOU ALL DOING!? YALLS LIKE DOGS, PEOPLE ARE LOOKING AT US!"
Seungmin ignored my question, instead he's asking Jisung and Felix confirmation, "guys, I'm sure he just went somewhere with a girl"
If I don't distract their attention, they'll keep doing this for ages.
"let's just go to the restaurant now and have lunch. The restaurant will be full of people having lunch soon, " I said,
well I succeeded to distract them.. I knew that they liked food so much that they won't let missing a meal happen.
We walked to our favorite Ramen restaurant, which wasn't far from us. I thought by distracting them with food will make them forget about the perfume smell
well... I was wrong.
