"Alright, keep a look out. We're behind enemy lines."

Cassidy turned her head to look back at JJ who had decided to pull his gun out yet again. She rolled her eyes and turned back to look at the large hotel the van had pulled up in front of. She had always felt out of place in places as fancy as this, and this time was not any different.

"Hey, I predict that bringing a weapon to a four-star hotel will likely cause more problems than it will solve," Pope said, hopping out of the car and staring at JJ judgementally.

"I swear to god JJ, I'm going to throw that thing into the ocean. Put it back," Kiara called out menacingly. While Cassidy agreed with the girl, she knew that Kiara's anger was coming from earlier when they rode past Sarah and Topper on the HMS Pogue. The group had been enjoying their morning when the couple his brand new overly expensive boat sped by, without a glance from either of them. Cassidy knew that Kiara and Sarah had a falling out a while ago, and while Cassidy didn't have anything against the girl personally, she always took the side of her friend. Also, she absolutely despised Topper, so Kie and her always had plenty of shit to talk about the two of them. However, Kiara let Sarah get to her more than she should and Cassidy could sense that there was some unfinished business between the two of them.

JJ hesitated to relaease the gun so John B was forced to just grab it out of his hand awkwardly and fling it into the backseat. JJ just rolled his eyes, grabbed something from the console, and jumped out of the car.

"Can't forget my badge," he said holding up his ID card, grinning widely. "Professional busboy," he further explained. Cassidy knew JJ worked all sorts of odd jobs, but she never knew that this was one of them.

"So where are we going now?" Pope asked, trailing behind JJ as the group made their way towards the large building.

"We're getting on the internet because only rich people have electricity right now. This way," JJ explained, leading them towards a back extrance that they shuffled through quickly, not wanting to bring any unwanted attention onto themselves. "Andrew!" JJ called out to one of his friends, putting on a confident and arrogant demeanor once they had entered the kitchens.

"See, they got the backup gnerators running. Kooks don't miss a beat," exclaimed JJ as he led them into a more fancy part of the hotel. Cassidy had suddenly wished that she had dressed up in more than a pair of ripped jeans and JJ's old hoodie. Finally, after walking through the maze which was the resort, JJ led them to a door and opened it to reveal a room full of computers. Cassidy's eyes widened in excitement as she hadn't been able to watch any tv and she would have been bored out of her mind if it hadn't been for JJ entertaining her.

"Oh, sweet lord. The internet! I've missed you," Pope exclaimed and ran up to the nearest computer and the computer came to life.

"Let me get in there. I gotta check on my Insta models," JJ said jokingly, sending Cassidy a small wink to let her know that he was just joking.

"We don't have time for that," Kiara said bitterly, crossing her arms and looking at JJ scornfully.

"Oh come on Kie, don't tell me that you wouldn't want to watch The Vampire Diaries with me right now? Come on... don't you miss your love Stefan," Cassidy asked the girl tauntingly. The Vampire Diaries was the show that the two girls had always watched together. Cassidy knew that Kiara had a huge crush on Stefan, but she was always more of a Damon fan herself. Kiara just rolled her eyes but Cassidy could see the smile growing on her lips. John B put the map they had found in the envelope onto the table so that the group could look up the coordinates.

"34 57 30 North. 75 55 42 West," John B read off of the map for Pope who entered the coordinates into the computer's GPS. Pope clicked enter and the computer screen showed a map with a pinned location of where the coordinates are. "Boom! Continental Shelf right there," John B exclaimed, inspecting the screen.

"Well, if it's off the deep end, it's not going to be much of a treasure hunt is it?" Pope said pessimistically, waiting for the screen to zoom in further onto the image so they could see how exactly far down the wreck would be.

"Shit, it's on the high side. It's only 900 feet," John B sighed out in relief, a look of hope spreading across his face.

"Is that doable or something?" Kiara asked, just as confused as Cassidy.

"Yeah, totally doable," JJ explained to the two girls.

"Will we be taking your personal submarine?" Pope asked JJ incredilously.

"Ooo yes, a submarine sounds nice. Because I for one, do not feel like having another scuba diving adventure," Cassidy said sarcatically, recollecting on her previous dive that had not gone all that well.

"The salvage yard. They've got a drone that can drop 1,000 feet. It has a 360 camera and everything. It's for deep dives and stuff. It's exactly what we need," JJ explained, looking to Cassidy for reassurance. Cassidy shrugged her shoulders in acceptance - this was actually one of his best thought out plans in a long time. The only problem was how they were supposed to get their hands on this drone that was probably expensive as hell.

"Can your dad get his grimy little hands on it?" John B questioned JJ. It was well known that JJ's dad could get you practically anything that you wanted-illegal or otherwise.

"Well, my dad's grimy little hands got his ass fired. I guess the salvage captain frowns upon showing up shitfaced, turns out. But the drone's there. It's in the impound yard out back," JJ explained, seeming defeated. Money had always been tight for cassidy and JJ, but she knew that he'd been having to pick up more odd jobs recently, and it seems that that was the reason why.

"How much did you say was on the Royal Merchant again?" Kiara asked, sending the group a sly grin. Cassidy could already tell where this was going and so she responded with a smirk, "400 million".

Pope got up frantically from his chair, sensing the way this conversation was about to go and blockaded the door with his body, begging the group to reconsider. Cassidy just shook her head and chuckled at the boy, knowing that he would give in in no time.

"Come on!" Kiara said, making her way around Pope and through the door, holding the door open for the rest of the group. Cassidy grabbed onto JJ's hand and skipped towards the door gleefully, sending Pope a toothy smile. Pope looked so defeated, she couldn't help but feel bad for the boy who got pulled along for all of their stupid adventures.

"Why can't we ever do something legal for money?"
