"Evangeline Rosalind Beauregard! You better be completely packed and ready to go in five minutes or else you're not going at all!" Violet Beauregard screeched. Evangeline rolled her eyes and brought her small trunk to the bottom of the stairs. The train set off at 11 a.m. It was 9:15. They were always the first there and so Evangeline always brought a book or two to read until Ryder or Lori got there. She was going into her fifth year at Hogwarts. Her house was Ravenclaw along with Lorraine Vesper. Her other friend, Ryder Magnolia, was in Ravenclaw as well. She had a few other friends that were in Hufflepuff and no Slytherin dared disrespect her, it was just the Gryffindors she had a problem with. They tried to bring her down, though it failed, it only made her love herself more.
Evangeline Beauregard was an interesting girl. She had many friends, the best grades, many boys considered her the most wanted girl in all of Hogwarts. Her wavy, auburn hair went down to her waist and she never tied it up. If she did tie it up, it was in a messy ponytail that reached the middle of her back. She also had vibrant evergreen eyes and freckles that were scattered all across her nose. Her pale skin made all of this pop. She had full, naturally bright pink lips and long, dark eyelashes. Her teeth were a bright white and perfectly straight. She seemed as though she didn't have a single flaw. She did. For one, she had horrible eyesight and wore circular glasses that just seemed to add to her brains and beauty look. Another one would be the scar on her bottom lip which supposedly her cat gave her when she was little. The last, once a month she turned into a raging and uncontrollable monster. Yes, Evangeline Beauregard was a werewolf. Nobody knew, not even the other werewolf she spent many nights fighting against. Of course, Fenrir Greyback knew, along with Violet Beauregard and Lorraine Vesper and Ryder Magnolia, but other than that, no one knew.
After apparating to the platform she briskly left, climbing up onto the train after handing her luggage to the man that seemed to be frozen there. She thanked him and sat in her usual compartment, awaiting her two closest friends.
About two hours later, Ryder and Lorraine walked into the compartment and sat across from Evangeline.
"June! I missed you so much!" Lorraine cried, throwing her arms around the girl's neck. Evangeline hated her real name, it was the name her mother gave her, so she settled on something that she felt suited her more, June. Everybody called her June, even the Gryffindors. The professors had long forgotten her real name and so had everybody else.
June laughed as she hugged Lorraine back.
"I missed you too, Lori!" June laughed and she gave Ryder a short hug.
Lorraine had decided in second year after the teachers stumbled over her name to just go by Lori. June was ecstatic about not being the only one shortening or completely changing their name.
"Hello, Ryder. I missed you over the summer holidays," June said before breaking into a large grin.
"You won't believe what happened!" She exclaimed, throwing her hands in the air.
"What happened?" A new voice piped up. The trio looked over to see four boys standing in the doorway.
There was a tall, lanky one with light brown hair and green eyes. His face had scars all over it and he was wearing a red jumper. June wouldn't know who it was had she not known he was the other werewolf and one of the few that tormented her. There was also one with black hair that reached his shoulders and grey eyes, one with round glasses much like June's and shaggy black hair and hazel eyes, and the last one had mousy brown hair and beady eyes. Those were the Gryffindors that liked to torment her. She had forgotten what they called themselves but it was something dumb, she believed it was after a band of pirates. The werewold was definitely the tallest by quite a bit, then the boy with glasses, then the one that resembled a rat, and lastly the one with long hair.
