"Where are we going exactly?" Sirius groaned for the umpteenth time.

"Siri, darling, we love you, even if you're an idiot, but I swear to God if you don't shut up we will leave you here," Lori threatened and he scoffed.

"No you wouldn't," he declared, they all stopped and looked at him.

"We wouldn't?" James asked and Sirius nodded. The group looked at each other, all agreeing to something without verbally saying it.

"Alright guys, since he doesn't think we'll leave him, June taught me the invisibility charm," Lori said with arms crossed. Sirius scoffed once again.

"No she didn't, not even June would be able to learn that charm, nevertheless teach somebody it," he pointed at and the group started to murmur their agreements.

"Don't believe me? Remus, come here," Remus cautiously stepped forward. She murmured the spell and he slowly turned invisible.

"So, Siri. Still think we won't leave you behind if you don't quit complaining?" He quickly shook his head and Lori waved her wand, Remus was suddenly there again.

"Alright, let's get going, we only have a bit further guys." Remus said and they started walking again.

Eventually, Remus stopped in front of a portrait.

"Rem. We're in the middle of the corridor." James stated blandly and Remus rolled his eyes.

"Well I know that, we're not going to talk in the middle corridor, too open. We're talking in here." He said, gesturing to the portrait.

"Remus, um, that's just a portrait," Peter stated nervously. Remus scoffed.

"It's a secret passageway. Merlin." He said and the portrait opened up to a long passageway.

"Come along now." Remus said. The other boys walked in quickly but Lori hesitated.

"Can you explain to them by yourself? I should go find June and explain everything." Lori said she went to leave but Remus pulled on her arm.

"You explain. I'll go find her. She has no reason to be mad at me, and I may know where she is," Remus said cryptically and he nearly ran away. Lori shook her head and walked into the room.

"June! You up here?" Remus called. He hoped she would be in their spot. It was the only place she could possibly be. He was about to call again when he saw her. She was curled up in blankets, her hair was messy and she was comfortably reading a book. He gently sat next to her and she leaned her head in the crook of his neck.

"I'm sorry for blowing up like that," she sniffed quietly. He brushed through her hair with his fingers.

"It's OK. Do you want to talk about it?" He asked and she shook her head silently. He nodded.

"Want to just sit here and contemplate the meaning of life at this point?" He asked, she hesitated before nodding with a giggle.

"OK. I'll skip class just this once. Don't expect me to do it again, alright?" He said jokingly and June lightly shouldered him.

"You'd do it again, it's not hard to convince you," he chuckled and squeezed her shoulder.

"You're partially right. I would never skip for the guys, but I would skip for you," he said June pretended to gag.

"What?" He said with a laugh and June shook her head.

"This is getting way to mushy and cheesy and gross. The bell's about to ring, let's head to third period," June said and they walked to their class.
