Y/N's p.o.v.
I was suddenly shaken awake, "Get up Y/N! Get ready quick, we leave early!!!" My mother said sounding excited. I smiled and rubbed my eye's open. "Ok, ok!!" I giggled sitting up and yawning. Stretching quickly, I hopped out of bed. Mom had left and shut the door. I took that as my cue to get dressed. I put on a black skirt that reached almost to my knee's. I then put on a F/C low cut shirt. I checked the time 4:30 A.M. remembering what that freak had said "Fine, fine. I'll be going but best expect a final visit tomorrow~" Like shut up, he must not have a life if he was coming back for me. I wonder.... I slowly walked over to the window, it was still dark outside. I didn't see anyone. I just shrugged and walked back. Speaking of remembrance, that weird disembodied voice said "Don't go. Don't go." like don't go where? Is he looking out for me since I could get Corona? Heh funny.

After I put my phone and it's charger in. I put my sketchpad and pencils just in case I get a drawing idea. I take my bag and go into mom's room. She was doing her make up. Something in her jewelry box caught my eye. A piercingly blue saphire on a silver necklace, it was incredibly pretty. "Oh hey Y/N" mom said " You like that necklace?" She asked still paying attention to her make up. I nodded smiling "It's real pretty" I said truthfully. "You could have it. To be honest your dad got it for me, he said it was lucky and would protect me. He said a close friend of his gave it to him. I never really believed that though... Oh well." I was extremely happy when she said I could have it. "When you're done, could you help me put it on?" I asked her, she smilied and nodded. "Glad you could put it back in use again" she said happy. She did as she said and we got up. "Let me go start the car, you can stay here and wait." I smiled and sat down on the downstairs couch.

When would that freak come back? Should I write a note for him to screw right off? Oh well. He doesn't deserve my attention. I got onto my phone while waiting for my mom to come back and tell me to get in. I scrolled through my YouTube recommendations. There was a lot of survival in the wild type vids. "Luckily I won't have to see the wild. Maybe. Where are we going?" I talked to myself. Mom came in and motioned for me to come along and hop in. I smiled, I was about to get into the back when I felt my brain tell me not to. Uhhh ok, whatever you think brain. I got into the passenger side throwing my stuff infront of my feet. I was about to get comfy before mom said "Buckle up!" I sighed and did as she said reluctantly.

"What do you want for breakfast?" I began to think quickly as she pulled out of the driveway. "How about McDonalds?" I said thinking of their hashbrowns. "Sure" she said while starting to drive there. We ordered what we wanted and ate in the parking lot. I had finally finished since I'm a slow eater. I gave my trash to mom. I smiled thinking about how fun this trip would be. I had always loved road trips. I sighed missing everyone else. My dad would probably ruffle my hair and S/N would probably be arguing with me over who would get which seat. My mom noticed that look. "Y/N... hey" she said gently taking my chin and moving it so I would look at her. "I know you miss them. But you'll see your dad this weekend. And you could always text S/N." She said rubbing her thumb over my cheek gently. I smiled kind of sad. "I know, I just wish it never happened." I said sadly. "I know I know. But it's better this way honey. Your dad and I are happier this way." She said smiling and then hugges me. It was so sudden I forgot to hug back, just putting my hands up. She sighed then kissed my head. "Let's just focus on the trip and get going, k?" She asked with a gentle voice. I nodded quickly hiding how I felt and then smiling. She smiled back and went to go throw it away in a trash can. She came back and we got back on the road.
