Everyone experiences stress. I'm a Queen Bee but I get stressed too. I mean, who doesn't? Pero as much as possible, dapat nating iwasan ang stress, 'cause it eats up our happiness. We get frustrated most of the time. But don't worry. I'm here to give you some tips on how to fight stress...like a Queen Bee!

1. Have a "me" time
It's ok to be alone sometimes. We all need peace and quiet.

2. Eat "relaxing" food
Foods affects physical and emotional well being, kaya minsan, kailangan din natin ang healthy food intake such as fruits, green vegetables, or oatmeal.

3. Exercise
But not to much. Long walks, simple swims, or relaxing biking sessions give us great feeling.

4. Be Happy
Mas masaya 'pag GV or good vibes. You can even laught just like no tomorrow.

5. Think Possitive
We attract what we think, kaya lagi nating isipin na everything will be okay. Okay?
