14. Tenya x Short Reader

Tenya x Short Reader! 

Warning: Slight swearing because of Bakugou 

Imma try to get through these requests that have been piling up over the last 3 years soo it might be a bit before all of them are finished. Once again, thanks for being patient!

How she had so much attitude in her, Tenya did not know. He sighed, watching her pick a fight with Bakugou for the tenth time that day. Y/n was one of the shortest in the class, being a bit shorter than Tsuyu. It was kind of comical how small she was, but oh, did that attitude make up for the lost height.

Tenya would be lying if he didn't think the fights between Bakugou and Y/n were humorous. It always starting with Bakugou yelling at Y/n and calling her every bad word in the book. But then fuel was added to the fire when Y/n fought back and mocked Bakugou. Tenya always ended the fights before they got violent, after all, her wouldn't want to see either of his classmates hurt. 

But pretty much the whole class found it humorous when the shorty and Bakugou would fight. Y/n took no nonsense, she always stood up for herself or others if need be. 

"What the fuck did you call me? Puny little bitch!" Bakugou screamed at Y/n, small sparks lighting in the palm of his hands. 

"You heard me. Now leave me alone before I poof you somewhere undesired, you asshole," Y/n said, her hair rising around her from her activating her quirk. Her e/c eyes turning into a milky white color. 

Tenya knew he had to step in after this happened in the fights between the two hot-heads. He had to step in or else Y/n might teleport Bakugou into the middle of the ocean. The last time they fought she teleported him over 5 hours away from the school, resulting in an even bigger fight and even the principle getting involved. The girl truly had a strong quirk and it just kept getting stronger by the day. 

"Oh no. Looks like Bakugou is gonna be yeeted away again," Sero laughed at the fight, his remark being met with more laughs from his classmates. 

"Y/n and Bakugou! Cease the fighting this instant," Tenya demanded before the blonde could be teleported away again. 

"Stay out of it four-eyes! Today is the day this bitch learns her lesson, Bakugou retorted, the sparks getting bigger in his palm. 

Y/n's hair kept rising around her face, paying little attention to Tenya's demands. Tenya did the one thing he could think of to get her to stop. 

"Im sorry Y/n but you need to calm down or else there will be consequences" Tenya said, putting his hands on Y/n's side and lifting her up off the ground. Y/n's feet hovered well off the ground and her hair started to sink back to its original position.  Tenya sighed in relief as the h/c haired girl calmed down. 

Laughter started to ripple around the classroom at the tall boy holding the enraged girl. After all, the action reminded everyone of a small puppy being held in the air. "Pffft, Tenya." Kaminari, said between laughs. "Yes, Kaminari." Tenya replied, swaying the girl in front of him to face Kaminari. 

Y/n's cheeks puffed out as she pouted at her laughing classmates making them laugh harder. 

"I think- HAHAHAHAHAHA. Never mind, she just looks like an angry puppy and it's hilarious!" Kaminari exclaimed loosing his original thought. The angry girl just swayed in Tenya's grip as he walked around the classroom, bringing her to her desk and setting her down. 

"I suppose she does remind me of that." Tenya said while looking at Y/n's pouting face. 

Y/n stuck her tongue out at Tenya and looked away. Slightly embarrassed at the laughs she earned from her classmates. It wasn't her fault that she was small and cute. Her quirk was powerful but it doesn't help when you look tiny and helpless. 

Tenya honestly felt bad for anyone who underestimated the small girl. She was one of the most powerful in the class. "Y/n. I recommend  that you try and calm yourself down for the rest of the day. You've fought Bakugou a total of ten times today and it is not even lunch time. 

Tenya turned back to his classmates. "And I ask all of you to leave her and Bakugou alone a while to let them calm down. We wouldn't want a replay of what happened last week," He said referring to Y/n's teleportation incident. 

The class nodded in agreement not wanting the incident, even though it was funny, to happen again. 

Tenya took his spot next to the embarrassed girl and laughed a little under his breath. He looked around to make sure the class went back to their previous activities before turning to Y/n. 

"Honestly Y/n. I wouldn't pay too much mind to what others think of your height. Sure, you look cute but you can use that to your advantage against enemies! They are wrong to underestimate you and would be in store for a big surprise," Tenya reassured the girl next to him trying to get her to feel better. "And between you and me," he states looking down into Y/n's eyes. "I find it endearing that I can calm you down," he says scratching the back of his neck, his face slightly turning pink. 

Y/n smiles and giggles at the embarrassed Tenya. "Thanks Tenya. It seems you always know what to say to make me feel better. I've noticed that you are the only one that tries to calm me down during my conflicts," Y/n says sincerely, placing her hand on Tenya's arm.  

With a smile on his face, Tenya placed a hand over Y/n's.  "And I promise I will always be here to do that."
