Y/n sat in her desk with a tight pain in her chest. The guilt was crushing her. Her only form of family left in this world had hurt someone she loved dearly. Her usual cheery attitude was replaced by a dark and brooding aura. Everyone quickly recognized the change of attitude from the h/c haired girl. A pained expression was on her face as she waited for class to start. Ever since the sports festival this feeling plagued her. She always despised her brother and his motives. Stain was a constant burden on her. Being forced to live alone from a young age and carried the burden of having a villain as her brother on her shoulders. Y/n thought that after a few years of not hearing any news from him that he had disappeared but she was sadly mistaken. Only Eraserhead, All Might, and Nezu knew about her situation. They were there for her whenever she needed and led her down the path of heroes, for which she couldn't thank them enough for.
Y/n's thoughts were interrupted when a hand patted her shoulder gently. She looked up and her eyes met red ones. The feeling of guilt growing from the contact. "Hey Y/n. I was wondering if you were ok. You haven't been ok since after the sports festival and its very worrying," Tenya said taking note of her pained expression. Y/n nodded and quickly shot him a smile-more of a grimace- in an attempt to convince her friend. Tenya's grip on her shoulder tightened slightly before he let go. "Y/n, you know I'm not stupid right? You don't have to lie to me," Tenya whispered so no one would hear. "I'll talk to you after class. I really want to know whats happening and make sure you are ok," Tenya said before turning and heading into his own seat.
Y/n bit her quivering lip. Aizawa entered the room after, looking straight at Y/n and giving her a pitying look. Aizawa quickly cleared his throat getting the attention of his students. "Everyone, I would like to announce that internships are near. According to how you did during the sports festival you got a certain amount of requests from hero's wanting to intern with you," the teacher said, causing the class to look at him in awe. "Now the rest of the class will be dedicated to looking and deciding who to intern with," he finished while passing out papers filled with pro-heroes to the students. Chatter quickly filled the room. As Aizawa approached Y/n's desk he could feel the dark aura around her. He slipped a paper onto her desk and sighed before walking back to his desk and falling asleep.
Y/n looked at the paper in pain. 'Who would want to teach a villains sister?' Y/n looked down at the paper filled with about a dozen names before laying t back down on her desk. Everyone around her happily chatted about their future mentors. The h/c haired girl peered at t he clock and started to panic. Only 5 minutes left of class, then she would be questioned. And knowing Tenya he wouldn't stop until he got an answer.
Y/n packed up her things in hopes to make a quick get away at the end the hour. Her classmates talking was quieted when the bell rang. Y/n quickly got out of her desk and walked out the door hoping to find somewhere to hide for the rest of the day. She jogged down the hall and into the library. Turning down one of the rows of books she made her way to the end and sat down on the ground. She had to get out of there before Tenya questioned her. There was no way she could get through the questions without breaking down. She turned to her bag and pulled out her list of mentors. Looking down the list until she saw one that caught her eye, Aizawa was the last one on the list. Her eyes started watering and she smiled at his name. She wiped her eyes and placed the paper on the floor next to her. She closed her eyes, thankful for the quiet around her. Now she could finally be alone with herself and try to get herself in check. She knew that she shouldn't have run away from Tenya but she just couldn't face him. If he found out who she was he would never talk to her again. By distancing herself Y/n thought that it would solve what she was feeling.
