y/n POV:
i kept trying to get out of their grasps but they were holding me tight. at this point I can only watch and pray that nothing bad happens

mattia POV:

i didn't want y/n to suffer the consequences of my doing. i signed the contract, so ill be the one dying.

I then began.
mattia: *moving planchette in curcular motion* is there anyone here tonight that would like to contact us?
i felt such a powerful force move to yes. it was so weird.

mattia: what is ur name?
the planchette was spelling the name of y/n's father.
mattia: oh cut the bullshit, it's not u. it's someone else, is it?
the planchette then slowly moved to yes.
mattia: *under his breath* i knew it
mattia: so tell me ur real name then
the planchette didn't move for about 5 seconds until it started spelling out a name
planchette: T-H-E-O
mattia: no, wait. Theo is this all ur doing?
planchette: yes

I was so confused as to why he would mess up the deal we had.

mattia: why are u doing this
planchette: S-O-U-L
mattia: soul? who's soul?
alejandro: yo mattia end the game
mattia: shut up!
planchette: Y-O-U

mattia: how long did the contract say that i can stay with her for? u never bring up a time limit
planchette: 1 M-O-N-T-H
mattia: no, I want out of this contract. END THE DEAL WE HAD NOW!

i then had a realization. when I was at the library I read that the person that is making the deal with u is the devil in disguise.

mattia: so the devil huh?
the planchette started shaking and then swung my hand to yes.

mattia: i want this contract broken and broken now!

it felt almsot like the planchette started to get hot. I removed my hands so quickly because I felt myself getting burned. I look at my hand and it was red.

then out of the blue, the board went up in flames so quickly. almost as fast as the blink of an eye. i was so shocked at what happened. and idk why but it was almost as if I heard ppl calling out for help, they're screams so terrifying.

was this what hell sounded like?

i looked behind me and alejandro, kairi, and y/n looked at me and were scared.

all of a sudden I felt my body go numb. I was paralyzed. a few seconds later it felt as if I had no control over my whole body. my nose was bleeding and I saw my reflection and my eyes, were black.

y/n's pov:

I was so scared when the board went up in flames. alejandro and kairi loosened their grip and we stared at mattia in shock. I was about to run up to him until I saw....

his nose bleeding. no there's no way. his eyes were pitch black. this presence in the room felt much more stronger than when we were in the room back when cesar was alive. and he didn't have his eyes white. his eyes were black as night.

I always believed in stories about demons and angels. a friend of mine once told me that before a person that's going to heaven dies, they're eyes turn white. and when someone that's going to hell dies they're eyes turn black.

no this can't be happening to mattia. not now, not ever.

i stood up immediately and ran towards mattia. then I was pinned against the wall. mattia had forced me against the wall without even touching. this energy was so strong. he walked up to me with a smile on his face.

mattia: so this is the girl mattia fell in love with huh?
y/n: who are u?!
mattia: THE DEVIL HIMSELF
mattia: i can see why he loved u so much.
i knew mattia had to be in there somewhere.
y/n: MATTIA. COMEBACK TO ME PLEASE
mattia: HAHAHAHA mattia is long gone my precious
he caresses his hand on my cheek. I looked into his eyes and fear just struck my body without any reason.

y/n: MATTIA PLEASE, HEAR MY VOICE AND FOLLOW IT

then mattia or the devil I should say slaps me. i see alejandro and kairi run towards me to try and help but an invisible force just throws them across the room and their bodies hit the wall. they went unconscious.

mattia: u sure are a pushy girl
y/n: MATTIA UR STRONGER THAN HIM I JNOW U ARE. BEAT HIM IN HIS OWN GAME

then out of nowhere he starts twitching. as if he was resisting something. I looked over and saw kairi and alejandro we're slowly waking up. there was total silence. then out of nowhere, I heard a hum, the fridge! it turned on. that meant the electricity was back on. ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS WOULD BE ABLE TO OPEN NOW

I stopped my train of thought when I looked at mattia. he started to whimper.
y/n: mattia is that u?
I put my hand on his face and then the force that was holding me up let me go. mattia then kisses me. holding me so tight to him. he then starts twitching again.

I kissed him one last time with him resisting and twitching.

"RUN" he yelled
"NO IM NOT LEAVING WITHOUT YOU, PLEASE MATTIA"
" Y/N GO BEFORE HE TAKES YOU TO"
and with that u ran not looking behind you. the truth is it hurt, but u just kept running because u were scared and u loved him. why? why did he take that deal?!

kairi and alejandro running behind u. u looked through the door and saw mattia, on the floor. u wanted to run back to him but u knew that u just couldn't.
