the deadly vision

y/n POV:
a few minute pass by and were all sitting together because we were pretty scared. while sitting down we heard knocks and tapping here and there but that wasn't so alarming. that's when I went to go get my a lighter and some candles so we could see our surroundings:

y/n: hey uh guys I'm gonna go grab some candles and a lighter so we can see
mattia: u want me to come with u?
y/n: no it's okay
I knew every way through the house to the point where I could just walk around with my eyes closed. I quickly ran up the stairs and walked into my room. i usually keep my candles and lighters in a small cabinet just in case if the power went off. while I was grabbing some candles and a lighter i heard the door creaking. i thought it was closing but maybe I'm just paranoid. so then I started to light the candles and when I did so they would go out the first two seconds. right before they would turn off the flame would move to one side almost as if it was being blown. i got agitated.

y/n: dammit not again, r u serious?

that's when my door slammed shut. I ran towards the door and it wouldn't open. I kept banging and kicking and screaming and the door wouldn't budge.

mattia POV:
we all heard her door immediately slam shut. I stood up to go help y/n but kairi took me back down.
kairi: yo it's dark u can't see where ur going
mattia: yea but-
kairi: no buts, we cant go up even tho she may be in trouble, trust me I want to go to but we can't interfere, it'll open trust me
mattia: *sitting back down* okay
i kept getting anxious and the only thing that filled the room was the screaming and banging of y/n. I felt tears come from my eyes. god please be on her side and make sure she comes out of that room safely.

y/n POV:
no one came to help me. i then collapsed with my back leaning on the door and I just stared at the wall. I felt a light tingle go down my neck. I felt as if someone was watching me.
y/n: *talking normally* either I'm going insane or there's someone here in this room with me.
*silence*
y/n: what do u want from me? let me and my friends go!
y/n: show urself already!
that was an immediate regret that I made. because a few seconds after saying that i saw something, or someone, a tall dark figure in the corner of my room. i slowly stand up and my heart starts pounding. I turned around to the door struggling to try and open it. it wouldn't budge.
y/n: OPEN THE DOOR DAMMIT
then I felt paralyzed. my whole body. I fell to the ground. and the only thing I saw was a dark figure and my ceiling. i tried screaming, kicking but nothing happened. the only thing I could do is blink. the only sound that came from me was a faint whimper. i then closed my eyes hoping this would all just be over.

right when I closed my eyes I saw almost like a vision. it was of my dad. the car was wrecked, everything in that car was torn to shreds. I then heard sobbing and saw that it was coming from my dad. he had a body in his hands, that body, was my mom. she was so lifeless, no breathing. i then saw blood 🩸 come from her neck. it was a piece of glass that was lodge in her neck. her eyes wide open, a teardrop on her cheek that she cried before she died. my dad was crying hysterically.

dad: NO PLEASE DONT GO, I LOVE U TOO MUCH TO LOSE U PLS *sobbing*
then he saw a piece of glass on the ground and picked it up. no don't tell me he......

he then put the sharp edge on his arm and stabbed it, then kept slicing his arm up, blood gushing out. the last cut was soo deep. he then collapsed. and I heard his last words.
dad: i will..... will..... avenge ur death, speak the the unspoken  *then takes his last breath*
i opened my eyes and screamed in horror at what I had just seen. I wasn't paralyzed anymore. I stood up and felt so dizzy. I then felt a trifle fall on my hand and I looked at my hand and there was a drop of blood. my nose was bleeding. I quickly wiped it off.

y/n: is this what u wanted me to see? huh? you and mom dying?
I quickly grabbed the candles and lighter and when I went to the door it was unlocked. I swung it one and ran downstairs. mattia runs to me almost tripping. he hugs me tightly.
mattia: omg y/n are u okay? i couldn't go up there
y/n: I'm fine
mattia then kept his head on top of mine and then he pulled away and looked me in the eyes. it was so weird because the only thing I saw about him was the glisten in his eyes. he looked my eyes then at my lips. he pulled me in by grabbing my hips.
mattia: can I kiss u?
i smashed my lips into his and we were making out. it felt so warming and safe to be in his grasp. when I was with him I didn't feel like I was in so much danger. he pulled away and bring me to where they were all sitting. I then lit the candles and there was about ten of them. I gave everyone their own candle and as for the rest I spread them around the house and where we were sitting so there was some light and we can see every corner of the room.

but that wasn't the end of his game yet. he didn't want for his daughter to just see the pain but to also feel it. and to feel what being lied to felt like. but what y/n did know was that to end this game everyone needed to speak the unspoken.
