Between the Lines

It's already 6:30 nang matapos kami ni Pam sa pag-aayos. She's wearing a silk top and tucked it in sa kaniyang fitted skirt na kulay black. We got matching earrings. She did her makeup a little bit heavier than mine pero bagay naman sa kaniya.

My outfit for tonight is this venus cropped top and denim shorts partnered with the stiletto I bought earlier. My hair is in a high ponytail para hindi magkalat mamaya.  Ang makeup ko naman ay puro bronzy lang to highlight my features. I need to be hella pretty there kasi nga nandoon si Caleb duh!

After that, we decided to go already. We book a grab papunta don and ilang minuto lang naman ang binyahe namin then voila, we're at the venue na.

Ang dami naming schoolmates, usually college na. I even saw familiar faces pero I didn't mind kasi nga hindi rin naman ako close sa kanila. I flinched when someone grabbed my arm. Nung tinignan ko, si Ria pala blockmate ko.

"Hi gorgeous! Nandito ka pala! Oh my gosh you look bomb" she eyed me from head to toe.

Ngayon, na conscious na ako. I bit my lower lip saka nag hug sa kaniya. She's a good friend of mine kaya ngalang I haven't introduced her yet to Pam.

"Hi Ria! Good to see you. By the way, "

I went to Pam and gestured her to come with me so that mapakilala ko siya kay Ria.

"This is Pamela Fuerte, my bff. Pam, this is Ria Ynarez, blockmate ko"

Pagpapakilala ko sa kanila. They shake hands and both smiled at each other.

"Nice to meet you, Pam!" She smiled

"You too" Pam replied

After a small chitchat with her, we decided to go inside the bar. Daming nakakalat sa paligid. Nakita ko din 'yung mga ka bandmates ni Caleb. I wonder kung nasaan siya ngayon.

"Sissies, we're in the VIP section kasi eh, sorry if hindi tayo makapag talk longer ha. I'll be assisting the band pa eh."

Ria said na nalulungkot. I don't know pero it seems fake? I just shrugged the thought of it. Baka ganoon lang talaga siya.

"No worries Ria. We're good here" I said and gave her my warm smile.

She then nodded and stormed out in our area.
So, assistant pala siya ng band? Siguro tatanong din ako kung pwede mag assist? Chos.

I glanced at Pam na ngayon busy sa pagkuha ng mga kaganapan. She's really enjoying this, night life niya 'to eh.

"Pam, inom tayo" Sabi ko bago tumayo para kumuha na ng maiinom

Hinigit niya ang kamay ko kaya napaupo ako sa couch ulit. What the hell Pamela.

"Sit down, Ash. Dadating 'yung drinks natin. It's part of the ticket na binili ko"

And with that, napagtanto ko na totoo 'yung sinasabi niya while observing sa ibang table.

"Oh okay" Iyan lang ang nasabi ko at nag scroll na lamang sa feed ng IG ko.

After a few minutes nag start up na. Nag-iingay na iyong iba dito while us, nakaupo pa din waiting for Caleb to play. Hindi ko pa siya nakikitang kumanta live kaya naman napaka eager kong malaman kung ano ang boses niya.

Naalala ko na naman ang nangyari sa cafeteria. Damn! Sobrang kilig ko nun! Maybe his voice is far different from talking kesa sa kumakanta diba? Mayroon kasing mga taong ganon.

"Ash, grabe baba na kaya tayo? Mukhang magsisimula na sila ni Caleb eh"

Nandito pa rin kasi kami ngayon sa couch. Parang ayaw ko umalis don. Gusto ko kahit na nasa malayo okay na ako marinig ko lang 'yung boses niya. Nahihiya akong lumapit huhu
