Once upon a time, there was a Greek God who lived and ruled the ocean and all aquatic livings. His name is Poseidon the son of Chronos and Rhea. During the time of loneliness, he married to a mermaid, named Amphitrite.She is the granddaughter of Oceanus and daughter of Nereus.
After the marriage, they produced offsprings. One of them was Triton, he inherited the apperance as his mother. Once he grew up,Triton became the Sea God and rule the ocean alongside with his father.
Building the city of mermaid, he ruled with mercy. The king possessed a conch shell, which he blew like a trumpet to calm or raisen the waves. Besides the shell, he also have possessed a trident like his father, it is known as the most powerful weapon for Sea God.
Across from that, legends also tell that there were 7 mermaids who were born with blessings from the heaven and consuming holy powers. Even though they have no relations with any god's bloodlines .
Knowing about the siblings, King Triton immediately cast them out from the city. He afraid that they would be in danger if they stay unprotected. So, he order the Sea Beast to guarded them from any danger until the time had come.
Their existenced, had been secretlu kept by King Triton and it remained seal until now. No one or even the sea creature had seen them and know their locations.
The king guest that his 2 possessions seems to have relations with the siblings. He sacrificed anything just to keep them and even all aquatic living things safe. Since they born with the heaven blessings. The king himself naming the mermaids as The 7 Heavenly Virtues.Each one of them blessed with different holy characteristics.
Apparently, this legends remained as a myth for centuries. No one really know the real details about those mermaids but they clearly sure about the 2 legendary Triton's possessions. Since then, Triton's possession become the most desirable treasure and people would fight each other just to gain the treasures. Currently, all sources stated that the treasure is buried deep down in the black sea, the sea that cannot be seen but feels.
It's the best, for them to be hidden because once they be found by THE CURSE , destruction of mankind will begin.
