"Add me as well! We are not forgetting me again!" Rowan grabbed the pen right out of Elijah's hand. He gasped in fake shock, as they Rowan laughed maniacally, then began coughing.

"Where's Oliver?" I asked. Oliver hadn't shown up yet, and frankly, I was worried about him. I twirled the end of one of my braid around my fingers, my nervous habit.

Elijah smiles slightly. "He's packing, he'll be here in half an hou- HOLY SHIT I'M SUPPOSED TO PICK HIM UP!" He shot in and ran out the door. 'Don't die while I'm away!" He yelled from the grass below the treehouse. Rowan just rolled their eyes.

"We don't depend on him that much." They said, wrapping themselves even tighter in their Non-Binary flag.

I laughed. "Don't you remember the time you climbed the tree just to sing Aaron Burr, Sir, to the sky?" Rowan blushed slightly at the memory.

"I was young." They shrugged.

"It was last week."

"As I said, young."

"Ok, fine. So, TJ, will be driving us?" I asked. Rowan nodded. I grabbed our spiral notebook, filled to the brim with notes and checklists.

We'd been planning this since last year. New Jersey, to say the least, could suck sometimes. We were going on a road trip, to a Pride Parade. We had every little detail plan out, mainly because Oliver would freak out if something went unplanned. It would take roughly five days. Five days to make sure we didn't kill each other in the caravan. After Oliver came, we were leaving.

"You cool?" Rowan asked, their electric blue hair standing on end slightly. I nodded quickly, then smiled.

"Just thinking about how amazing it's gonna be." I grinned. Rowan nodded, then locked eyes on the remote.

"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"

"Watch Newsies Live for the Twenty Fifth time?"

"Yes"

So that's what we did.
