I walked down the hallway with Antonia and, our newest edition to the group as of sixth grade, Adri, and headed to History. I walked in the class and, no surprise, we were the first in the room.

"Why do we always have to rush to our classes?!" Asked Adri.

"If you hang with the nerds, then you're gonna be early," answered Antonia.

I laughed and rolled my eyes as I walked to my seat. I worked on the starting gate already posted on the projector. The questions were easy and didn't require any effort.

"Finished," I whispered.

I turned my head to talk to Adri and Antonia, but they were talking anxiously to each other and looking to the back of the class room. I looked back and saw the new kid from first grade. I scoffed and rolled my eyes. They have been wanting me to at least talk to the guy, but I had no interest what so ever over the years. I looked back over to Ardi and Antonia. They were both staring at me with the most serious look.

"Go talk to him," said Antonia.

I rolled my eyes. "No."

"Ugg you're so stubborn. Why are you so antisocial?" Asked Ardi.

"I just don't like people," I said shrugging my shoulders.

"You let me in your little group!" Said Adri.

"You are different. You were the first one to be brought in." I explained.

"You've gone to school with him for ten years now! Go talk to the guy!" Whisper yelled Antonia.

I threw my hands up in surrender and got up out of my chair. I bent over and whispered, "As long as this gets you guys off my back." I got back up and walked over to where the kid was sitting.

"Hi, I'm Isadora," I said.

The guy looked up from his paper and smiled. He had dark black hair and bright green eyes. His teeth were blindingly white.

"I'm Blake."
