The two girls stood in the kitchen making pancakes when Joanne walked in from upstairs, still fixing her shirt.
"Donna. Well, you're up early." Joanne said with shock as she awkwardly looked between the two girls. "Surprisingly early."
"You slept here?" Donna asked, noticing the woman was wearing the same outfit as last night. "Already? You just met."
"Listen, Donna, I'm gonna be honest with you." The older woman sighed and stared down with shame. "Your father and I have started an intimate relationship. And, you know, it's still a little awkward for us. Emotionally, not physically. Well, a little."
"I think I might be sick." The ginger girl gagged and cut the woman off.
"Look, I know this is a lot for you to take in right now." Joanne tried to defend her actions. "But I think it would be better for all of us to just stop the charade and get it all out in the open."
"And I thought my life was difficult." Marigold mumbled to herself before noticing Bob walk into the room surprised.
"Joanne. When did you get here?" He lied and faked his shock at the womans appearance.
"Oh, my God." Donna rolled her eyes at her father and sat down beside her awkward friend.
"Oh, look at the time." Joanne quickly made an excuse to leave the situation before practically running out the house.
"I better head home, I promised Kitty I would help with lunch." Donna followed Goldie to grab her things before waving goodbye, making it back to the Forman house unknown. She climbed the stairs and made her way to her room, getting dressed into fresh clothes before wanding down to the basement nervously.
"Goldie! Join the circle!" Hyde cheered at the girls appearance, patting her favourite stool for her to sit on.
"Fine." She sighed and happily accepted the blunt, instantly feeling it take affect.
"Kelso, you should tell Jackie where you go." Fez lectured the grinning boy. "That way, when she wants to do it, she can find you and do it. Boy, do I want to do it."
"Fez, the foundation of every good relationship is three words." Kelso replied. ""I don't know". Where are you going? I don't know. What are you thinking about? I don't know. Who's that under you? I don't know. You see, it's bulletproof."
"How are you still friends with him?" Goldie questioned, gesturing to the tall boy.
"I don't know." Hyde shrugged with a large grin before leaning over and kissing her.
"Hyde, what the hell? What is she doing in my seat?" Eric snapped as he stood behind the pair.
"I don't know." The pair broke apart awkwardly as Eric glared at them both. "That's a good one, Kelso."
"Just sit on the floor." Marigold said way happier than it was supposed to sound.
"The floor? Why don't I sit on the floor?" Eric was seething at her comment. "Visitors get the floor, all right? And that's you! You don't really live here, we're just taking care of you until you turn eighteen and get all your parents money."
"Urgh, I'm going back to my room because I need a decent job so I can get as far away as I can from you." She spat, standing up and leaving up the stairs.
"Okay, sayonara, Yoko." He called up to her before she disappeared.
"Kitty? Can I help you make lunch?" Marigold dried away her tears and smiled at the older woman.
"Of course, dear." Kitty happily welcomed the girl into the kitchen. "I'm making sandwiches today."
"Mar?" Hyde had followed her up the stairs and noticed her peeling a lettuce. "You okay?"
"My cousin hates me, Steven." She hummed, looking at him through teary eyes. "He wants me out of this house for dating you."
"You two are dating?" Kitty asked excitedly, overhearing their conversation.
"Yeah, and Eric told her she doesn't really live here and he can't wait till she is eighteen and moving out." The frizzy haired boy informed the older woman about her sons words.
"He did?" She gasped loudly, getting very angry and hugging her niece. "I will talk to him and Red and I weren't going to tell you till your birthday but were have some adoption papers for you."
"Wait what?" The two teenagers asked simultaneously.
"Yeah, we want to officially adopt you so we can be your parents and your Aunt Olivia can stop trying to take custody of you." Kitty said joyfully and happily accepted the hug her niece gave her.
"Thank you so much." She cried, looking at Hyde who was watching the pair happily.
"What did I miss?" Red questioned as he walked into the kitchen and saw the two women crying.
"Thank you, Uncle Red." Marigold ran over and hugged the man tightly, him happily giving his niece a warm embrace as she cried happily into his shoulder. "Aunt Kitty was saying about how you adopted me so Aunt Olivia can stop trying to take my money."
"I thought you didn't get this money till you were eighteen?" Hyde spoke up, reminding her that he was still in the room.
"I get $100 a week put into my account to contribute to this household and my car." Goldie informed him. "I have most of it saved up so I can go to University wherever I want."
