hello my wonderful readers <3

i know i ended this story a while ago, but after rereading it, i felt that owed you guys an official ending to the '10 years' series.

i wanted to say thank you to everyone who has read, commented, voted, and loved this story as much as i have. this series was so fun to write!

i wanted to give this story a happy ending, only because i couldn't bear ethan and emerson separating. but, i want to shed light on something that i feel wasn't completely covered in the book.

cheating is never okay under any circumstances.

while emerson got over it eventually, mainly because of her kids, i wanted to make sure that you guys didn't think it was normal and expected to do the same.

it is completely okay to end things with someone because they cheated. it never happens out of love for you, so don't let them make you think otherwise!

i know most of that is common sense, but i wanted to say my piece on it so that nobody thinks that cheating is okay.

ANYWAYS,

at the time of writing this in may of 2020, the coronavirus is still spreading around the world. it's a dark time for all us, so i hope that either this book or my other ones are bringing you guys a bit of joy during this nightmare of a time.
