Chapter Three-Feelings(Not)

A few days later,on Friday,J and had made arrangements for her to come over to spend the night,it was fine with our parents.The week had gone smoothly and quickly. No incidents.Though it did look quite strange with J's soft sweet look and all of us looking like hardcore rockers. We all got along pretty great. J was definitely a goody two shoes,always went by the rules. We always teased her about it.

After school today on Friday,me and J had decided to stop by the mall. We had gone and bought some clothes but we got hungry. It was 4:30 and My dad had called earlier and said to be home by 5:30. We hadn't eaten too much,since we would be having dinner with the Heffleys at 6:30. Just a drink and fries.

"Hey Alice,I know."J

said,smirking,as I looked at her in confusion."You know what?"I asked,very clearly confused."About..Rodrick!"The girl's brown eyes shined with excitement."What about Rodrick?"What was J getting at?"Alice Rosalie Sin Clair!Do you seriously not know?!"J suddenly snapped,and I looked at her a bit taken aback by her sudden change in attitude."No…"I responded and she sighed."Your hopeless."J said. "Clearly,you like Rodrick,and not just as a friend."J stated."No,no,no,nope!"I thought. Rodrick?No way! I did not like him, yeah sure,he was lazy and cocky,manipulative at times, definitely had an awkward side when talking to a girl he was into,and had those beautiful creamy brown eyes and that shaggy brown hair,but there was no way I liked him.Too caught up in my own thoughts,I didn't realize how long I was sitting there.J snapped her fingers."Earth to Alice!"She suddenly said to me and I shook my head."No,I don't."I said calmly,my eyes not leaving hers.I didn't have feelings for him.That was that.

Later,J was still bugging me about it.We got home and she looked at me."Hurry!Change!"J said,as she began to change into a different outfit."What?Why?"I asked her as she sighed.She got herself completely change into a different outfit.She had no shame in changing in front of others,did she?She threw a black spaghetti strap crop top at me,and red skirt along with fishnet tights."Hurry up!"She hissed at me."Okay okay!"I changed into the clothes and started to put my converse on."Nuh uh!"From her bag she grabbed a pair of red thigh highs."They're too small for me!So here!"J said,as I quickly put them on and looked at myself."Now,why did I do this?We have to go to the Heffl-"I was cut off."Alice!Come downstairs,it's time to go the Heffleys!"My dad called as I rolled my eyes,and glared at J as we went downstairs."What are you dressed up for?"Noah asked and I just pointed to J.He laughed and we walked over to the Heffleys.
