Sunagakure's School of Puppetry was founded by Kankuro no Sabaku. In efforts to restore Suna's long history of kugutsu, the school was created to both promote puppeteering and teach younger generations about the art. It also serves as a headquarters for the newly re-formed Puppet Brigade. The school is nicknamed the "Tinker Shop" because of the extensive amounts of tinkering and assembling puppeteers have to do.
This school was the old generation's dream. It is a center comprised of several buildings and is a puppeteering hotspot. They have their own curriculum and ways of training that is separate from the Academy. They are nearly self-sufficient and is puppet haven. It is symbol of revival of one of Suna's oldest arts. Later, the school grows to produce some of Suna's strongest shinobi and best puppeteers. The Puppet Brigade will eventually return to it's former glory and be even better than the previous generation.
