Third Person POV
It was THE DAY.
The school ground was jam-packed with students, parents and visitors all with the objective of watching the performances or performing on stage. Colorful banners are plastered, flyers are being distributed, stalls are being put up. Each club have their own stalls for their own products, tricks, games and any mischievous shenanigans that could and would convince the new students and transferees into signing up for membership. After all, bigger number ensures higher chances of club survival with fund and activity approval from the school.
After the introductions, announcements and several speeches the talent showcase finally starts. There are several clubs who will perform, the drama club, arts club, school band, basketball cheerleading team, dance troupe, even the school council prepared something.
Backstage, the performers are anxiously waiting for their turns when two sophomore students suddenly barged in holding three bouquet of roses in three different colors. It wasn't unusual especially that has been a school tradition and gesture by those who support the performers, mostly friends and parents to bring them gifts. Yet, this act caught the attention of some people backstage as the flowers seemed thoroughly chosen, picked and assembled that it must be expensive than most gifts and tokens given, eliciting murmurs from the onlookers.
Yongsun and Wheein are startled when one of the younger students handed each of them a bouquet. Wheein glanced at the older girl only to be met with the same amount of confusion on the other girl's face staring back at her. As if in understanding that they have the same bouquet of roses but with different colors, Wheein's was white while Yongsun's was red they simultaneously looked at the card attached.
To Yongdonnie,
Red signifies passion. The color reminds me of how much determined you are in doing and reaching what you want. I hope you know I'll always support you from the bottom of my heart.

Yongsun was touched despite how short the message was. She touched the flowers and basked in their beauty thinking how much Moonbyul must have thought about and spent for the flowers. It came as a surprise to her how much the girl can be so attentive and helpful at times despite her cool, greasy and carefree dominant characteristics. Moonbyul even gave her a nickname-Yongdonnie just for younger girl to use. She definitely can really make Yongsun laugh at her antics and be reliable when needed. Usually, she acts greasy and smug as she tried to be when she signed with her initials instead of a name but Yongsun sees the sweet and caring part of her as well in between those words. She couldn't help but smile at the realization and reminded herself to thank Byul after the performance but she is sure the black-haired beauty would be watching and the best way of thanking would be to awe the girl with her performance.
On the other hand, Wheein is reading her note that goes with the white bouquet of roses.
Wheein-ah,
Im sincerely sorry for being a shitty person before. I hope we can still be bestfriends or even start anew if that's what it would take to not lose you. You are one of the few if not the most trusted person I could count on. Im proud of what you've become.
-Byul
Wheein already knew she had forgiven Moonbyul. What stops her from saying it to the girl is her fear that maybe she'd start falling for her in a way that the other can't reciprocate once they start interacting again. It was clear as day as to how much Moonbyul respects and treats her. Wheein realizes she is the older girl's confidante. An alter ego she could never look at romantically. Yet, she have to treat the girl fairly and finally lift the guilt out of her and that's what she is planning to do after this. Also, she might as well ask her about her relationship with their leader. Her curiousity about the two's dynamics has been heightened and she isn't going to ask her leader about that.
