First Class Dining Hall
8:35 pmAnne looked down at her food, it looked extremely unappealing to her. Everyone else around the table ate and laughed joyfully unaware of Anne's pain.
Anne felt the gloomy shadows over darkness override her once more, these shadows came often. They succumbed Anne into the depths of despair which she wouldn't be able to entangled herself from.No one would notice. Not one single soul. They never noticed.
i see my whole life as if i'd already lived it... Anne thought to herself as she looked around the table. An endless parade of parties and cotillions, yachts and polo matches...always the same narrow people, the same mindless chatter. I feel like i'm standing at a great precipice, with no one to pull me back, no one who cares...or even notices.
with that, Anne excused herself from dinner.

Anne walked down the hallway attempting to regain her composure, to no avail. A maid walked by her with a smile and a nod, Anne attempted to weakly smile back. She couldn't let anyone know how she was really feeling. She stormed into her room, panting, she felt like she couldn't breathe.
"Jane?!" she called out to her maid, but thankfully she wasn't around.
Suddenly Anne noticed herself in the mirror. Her hair was perfectly place in perfect auburn ringlets, her dress was beautiful and a regal red with black jewels and lace. She was the picture of perfection on the outside, on the inside however, she was quite the polar opposite.
She felt all her anger and pain fill up her body as she looked at herself in the mirror, this wasn't her.
"AHHHHHHH." She screamed in pain as she clawed at her throat before tearing her pearl necklace straight off her neck, scattering it across the room. Tears began leaking down her face as Anne tears at herself, her hair, her dress and the room.
Crying out in pain she flings everything off the dresser top and it flies against the wall. Grabbing a hand mirror she throws it hard against the vanity mirror, cracking it severely.
She had to go. Now.***
Anne ran panting along the B deck and towards the 3rd class end of the ship.
Her hair is completely disheveled, her dress torn, her eyes red and cheeks drowning in the echoes of her tears.
She feels not only sadness and pain but deep anger. She could feel her body shaking with emotions that she could no longer control. Hatred. Self hatred. Desperation. As the girl runs past an elderly couple on the deck who are walking the opposite way to her, they look shocked. Obviously surprised at her outburst of public emotions. Not that the fact she looked in pain was of any concern to them.
