Lost

Zoe's Pov:

Alfie had been in his room for quite some time. I wanted to see him and talk to him, but I hadn't taken notice to where his room was. Tanya was explaining to me about how she had begun Youtube and I really began taking a true liking to her. She was so gullible and fun to be around, I found out she was dating a fellow youtuber named Jim, and they'd been together for some time. He was the reason she joined in the first place.

Talking to Tanya made me realize again how lonely I was and how I didn't know anyone here very well. This made me feel... lost. I only started youtube to bring joy to my boring life, never expecting it to take me to such exotic places. Only now did I realize how much I had isolated myself when I made the videos. 

I walked out of the room, Tanya was going to find Jim so he could meet me. I was secretly hoping they wouldn't find me, because I didn't want to be a third wheel. When I walked downstairs I saw Jack sitting on the couch, and he looked rather lonely so I had decided to join him. Only then did I realize I had interrupted his YouNow show. He told me it was fine and him and I ended up talking to all his viewers and making jokes and I learned more about him and his brother Finn. It seemed like we had been talking to them for hours but it had only been thirty minutes. Jack decided to sign off and told the viewers he just wanted to enjoy time with the other Youtubers. In that moment I kept seeing comments saying Jackella and Zackella and a bunch of variations of our names combined. I was completely confused by this and Jack later told me that people were 'shipping' us meaning they wanted us in a relationship.

I was completely flattered and surprised by this being I had only met Jack a few hours before, but I had to admit we got on fairly well. Although, it wasn't the same as when I was with Alfie, which reminded me that I still had no idea where he was.

"Jack?" I said quietly.

"Yes Zoe?" he replied. 

"Do you have any idea where I could find Alfie? He's been gone an awful long time." I couldn't hid the longing in my voice.

"He had gone into the kitchen last I saw him, but I think he's in a mood." Jack said and pointed to the kitchen.

I slowly stood and began walking, I turned around, "Thanks Jack, I had an awful good time with you."

I basically ran into the kitchen, I don't know where my sudden energy came from.

I knew this trip would be fun, but I was worried. I felt uneasy and I couldn't pinpoint why. I pushed this feeling away and opened the kitchen door. I saw Alfie leaning to the fridge humming "Kiss You"  by One Direction. I couldn't contain my smile, he looked so cuddly like a koala bear.
