Mingyu's head snapped up when he heard his parlour's shop's door open. He grinned when he saw who it was. "Jungkook! How's your tat? It's not infected is it?"

Mingyu likes to consider himself a manly man. Strong, handsome and would jump in front of a car for a damsel in distress. The one thing he can't handle is comforting a person in tears which was the first thing he noticed when he looked at Jungkook's face. "What happened? Did you really infect it? Does it hurt-?"

"I need to get rid of my tattoo!" Jungkook cried out, running up to the counter and began to roughly tug on the man's T-shirt.

"What? Why? It looks pretty." Mingyu jutted his lips out into a small pout as he tried to wipe Jungkook's tears away.

"Taehyung hates tattoos! H-he'll break up with me if he sees the tattoo! Please get rid of it!" Jungkook cried harder, replacing the salty droplets that Mingyu wipes away with a fresh set of tears streaming down his puffy cheeks.

"I can't get rid of tattoos, Jungkook, I'm only able to do coverups... the only way for it to be removed is to get lasered-"

"Yes! Do that please-"

"-but that only works on black tattoos. Yours is in colour. It won't work properly, I'm sorry." Mingyu muttered, patting the brunet's back. "I wouldn't let him worry you. It's really pretty, besides if he doesn't love it then he doesn't deserve to love you."

"I loved him since I was nine years old! If I lose him because of a tattoo I am going to kill myself!" Jungkook yelled into the worker's clothed chest.

Mingyu sighed. "Gays really are overdramatic." "He'll come around. Just don't think about it too much... d-did you get breakfast? It will be my treat?" Mingyu muttered, gently wiping Jungkook's tears away once again, smiling when Jungkook sniffled a small nod.

"Great, I know this great place that sells these really nice soufflé pancakes- although it's actually a bakery but we can sit there and eat." Mingyu spoke, losing track of what he was saying originally which just made Jungkook smile while listening to him.

Jungkook smiled and listened to the nonsense Mingyu was talking about, sharing small facts about each other with arms linked like best friends do as Mingyu dragged him to his favourite bakery. Everything that Jungkook walked past does seem familiar, although, he doesn't connect the dots just yet.

"The owner here is really cute- we actually used to be friends for a little while but then with the age difference he got to do things which I couldn't and- yeah, things became a mess." Mingyu laughed but Jungkook stayed silent. "We are fine now though, still friends."

Jungkook hummed, once he heard his new friend exclaim that they were at the shop his face went pale. "Is there such a small amount of bakeries in the area that he had to bring me to this one?"

Before Jungkook had a chance to share his thoughts he was dragged by the arm into the shop with no chance of escaping, he hid behind his friend when he saw Taehyung checking out a magazine behind the counter. He just hoped he wouldn't notice him.

But of course, the universe never does what we wish to happen and Taehyung was able to see Jungkook behind Mingyu. It didn't help the stranger to Taehyung was a lot shorter compared to Taehyung. "Jungkook? You okay?"

Mingyu stares at both the trembling boy and the happily smiling one standing behind the counter. "You know each other?"

"Well he is my boyfriend so I guess so." Taehyung laughed but besides that, the shop stayed silent.
