Jungkook woke up with a pain in his stomach and eyes heavy. A few days have passed since he went to therapy with Taehyung. Since the following day will be a start to a brand new week he decided that he will go back to school. Although he didn't tell his friends yet, he's been ignoring them all over the week so he is nervous to see how they will react. Especially Yugyeom.
Although Jungkook is pushing himself to go in no matter what. He would talk on the phone to Seokjin late at night. The brunet would hate to admit it but he feels tremendously better after each call he has with Seokjin. The older would give him pointers to help him in everyday life as well.
He told him that whenever he got angry or sad he should pet something fluffy. Jungkook was suggested in maybe getting a pet but he knows he isn't in the right state to get one, he doesn't want to make an innocent animal suffer because of him. So instead he bought himself a small faux dog keychain so he can carry it with him wherever he goes. Jungkook even named it cloudy because of the keyring's fluffy white fur.
Jungkook turned on his back, hoping to see Taehyung cuddled up beside him but instead, he was met with an empty bed. He would love going to sleep at night, arms wrapped around him while he sleeps. Then when morning comes, he is met with coldness because he no longer has his personal radiator by his side.
Although he had a surprise ready for Taehyung when he comes home. He was going to use all the money he had put away in his savings to fix the heating. He made a call the previous day while Tae was in work. To Jungkook, he thought it was the least he could do. When he would wake up to a bright light in the kitchen he would find Tae in the middle of bills, notebooks and a cub of coffee beside him. He knew how much he was struggling over the past week so he wanted to help out.
To answer the door when he heard a knock, he wore a pair of shorts and a small tee. Don't ask why when his apartment was freezing cold. When he built up the courage to answer the door he was glad to see that the repairman was young. It will make his scheme a lot less weird.
The man introduced himself which allowed Jungkook to brilliantly but on his other persona. "Oh, you are the repairman? I didn't expect someone as handsome as you to come over..." Jungkook muttered, fluttering his eyes opened and close while looking up at the stranger. Smirking when he saw how flustered he was getting.
Jungkook took the man's hand and brought him into the apartment, showing him the broken boiler. "Can you fix it, sir?"
The man checked out the broken object, banging on the box. "It's dead, you'll be needing a replacement." He mumbled, feeling sad when he noticed how disheartened Jungkook was at the news.
"Oh... I see," Jungkook replied, he pushed his growing hair behind his ear as he turned his attention to the wooden floor. "I was hoping it could be fixed by today. It's been so cold, living all alone in this apartment. I don't want to wait any longer..." Jungkook fake cried, wiping away his crocodile tears.
The man felt guilty, standing in front of the young brunet who was 'crying'. "I-um... I have a new boiler in my truck... it should fit if you want it-"
"Oh, thank you so much!" Jungkook beamed, huffing the stranger tightly, noticing how heated the worker has gotten from the hug.
While the man went down to collect the new machinery Jungkook took time in making tea for the stranger, taking the next step in his plan. Once the man came back, that was Jungkook's cue to take the tray of tea out to the sitting room. He interrupted the worker to take a cup of tea before he began to work.
Jungkook purposely bent down to the short coffee table to pour a man a cup, showing his clothed ass which made the man embarrassed because of the ever-growing tent in his trousers.
