Meanwhile, back in Thailand, Sarawat and his band became successful. He used his heartbreak to write countless hit songs for CTRL+S and they became international stars. Years go by but never once did Sarawat forget about Tine. He never had another lover. Same with Tine, he couldn't forget Sarawat as well. He continued to follow CTRL+S's career even in America. He would buy all their songs on iTunes and sometimes, he would go to their concerts/shows in America but he always made sure to be incognito. He was okay just loving Sarawat from afar. Sometimes, Fong would go with him even though it hurt seeing Tine lovingly staring at Sarawat the same way he's lovingly staring at Tine. What he didn't know is that Tine noticed. One night, when they went back to their shared space after the concert, Tine decided to confront him.
Tine: Dude, you okay? You've been looking at me an awful lot lately, do you have something to say? Fong: Tine....I... T: You what? F: ummm nevermind. Haha. So, did you enjoy the concert? T: Yes. Sarawat was amazing. He always is. (Tine then looked ahead reminiscing. He started to tear up)
Fong's mind: I asked about the concert but of course, all you noticed is Sarawat. Sarawat this, Sarawat that. Saraleo!
Tine noticed Fong was not responding.
Tine: Oiii Fong, you're spacing out. You okay dude? Fong: I'm great. Everything's just so great! T: Dude, I don't believe you. I can tell something is wrong. Just tell me please. Na, na, na... F: Nah, you wouldn't understand. T: Then help me understand, I am so worried about you. You're my best friend. F: YES! THAT'S THE THING! I'M YOUR BEST FRIEND. I'M JUST YOUR BEST FRIEND. AND THAT'S ALL I'LL EVER BE, RIGHT? I ACTUALLY THOUGHT, FOR A MINUTE THERE, THAT NOW THAT SARAWAT ISN'T HERE, I HAD A CHANCE. THAT YOU WOULD LOVE ME LIKE I LOVE YOU! HAHAHA. I'M SUCH A FOOL.

Tine was so shocked. He couldn't believe what Fong was saying. He looked at Fong like he just grew three heads.
Tine: Huh? What are you saying? Is this true? Are you serious dude? Fong: Why would I joke about something like this? (Fong is full-on crying right now.) You know what, nevermind. Forget what I said. T: Fong... I'm really sorry...you must have gone through a lot of pain but...I can't... F: I know, you still only love Sarawat and it's okay, I'm okay, we're okay. I just want you to be happy. Just let me be with you while he isn't here. And if the time comes when you eventually get back together, it's fine with me. I promise not to be a hindrance to your relationship. I hope this doesn't ruin our friendship because I really don't want to lose you Tine. Please don't avoid me because of this. Please Tine.
Tine was now crying as well. He hugged Fong tightly and caressed his back as Fong was still crying.
Tine: Fong, don't be silly. I will never avoid you. You will always be my best friend and I am so grateful for everything you do for me. Thank you for always being there for me. Fong; I love you Tine...don't worry you don't have to say it back hehehe T: I love you too... it's ok if just as a friend, right? hahaha F: Yes of course, I don't expect anything else. I'm totally fine with that.
