Flashback Christmas Special

It's the time for play, it's a whipped cream day,

"Whoa..." The ladder wobbled under the boy's weight as he reached for the other hook.
"Tadashi careful!" ________ held the ladder steady for him.
"Alright got it, coming down." The boy began climbing down the stairs and landed right in front of the girl, pecked her right on the lips.
"Thanks. Next spot?"
"Oh, Tadashi, ______, it looks great! You guys did a good job on this!" Aunt Cass cries, the couple was decorating the cafe, engulfing it in vibrant Christmas lights.
"Nice." Hiro lets out, he was all bundled up in a winter coat.
"Can you guys help me inside before dinner? The place needs some wreaths and lights! How 'bout some mistletoe you two?" Aunt Cass winked to the young couple who only blush in response.
"Um, let me go find more lights." Hiro volunteered, heading up the stairs.
"I'll go with you." Tadashi volunteered.
"Come on, _____. Lets find some wreaths to put up."
"Right."

"Wings anyone? After some hard work, your probably really hungry." Aunt Cass (almost said Aunt May, marvel fans and spider fangirls would understand)offers around.
"Sure, be there in a second." Tadashi held the ladder for his little brother to nail in a spot for a Christmas wreath.
"Yummy!" ______ cried, after finishing the garnish around the menus.
Once everyone was at the table they dug in. Aunt Cass's wings were the best in San Fransokyo.
"To finally finishing the Christmas lights!"
"Christmas lights" Everyone cheered. The four had even decorated the inside of the apartment.
"So, what do you two have planned tonight?" Aunt Cass raises her eyebrows at the couple in front of her.
"Um, well, nothing really. I was just going to head home, too cold for ice cream." ________ says rolling her eyes and nudging Tadashi, making sure he knew how disappointed she was.
"Really, come on Tadashi." Hiro teases, his brother sheepishly turns away.
"Well, lucky for you two. There's a horse drawn carriage ride in City Park. They just finished the lights in the trees. I think it would be nice if you don't have anything planned..." Cass explained, taking a sip of her drink.
"Not a bad idea. _______?"
"Yeah, that'd be great! Come on. I totally forgot Honey Lemon talking about that." She rushed to the coat hanger and took her jacket and fuzzy (favorite animal) hat.

It was snowing marshmallows, no not really, just really really puffy snowflakes, They stuck to _______'s locks and eye lashes.
"It's perfect! Look!" There were four horses and a coachman who was helping people aboard. People, bundled up in jackets, scarves, hats, and other cold winter gear, were already climbing inside. Some people were even serving hot cocoa!
"Hurry Tadashi! Or else we won't get seats." ________ dragged her boyfriend into the line and were helped up onto the carriage.
"All right, all right." He laughed. The two were served hot cocoa with marshmallows and whip cream.
"This is awesome!" ________ cheered, once the cart started moving forward. The City Park was magical, each branch of the towering oaks were detailed with lights. At the trunks of every other tree were light sculptures made by the students of the San Fransokyo Institute of Technology. You recognized the periodic table sculpture Honey Lemon had created, along with the Fred's mascot light structure. Plenty of them were made by your friends. Tadashi of course had created one of his own of Aunt Cass's cat, Mochi, with jet boots. _________ laughed and relaxed against Tadashi.

"That was great Tadashi." ______ pecked his cheek and began to unlock her door that had a simple wreath on it.
"Hey, where are your Christmas lights?"
"I don't have any..."
"Oh, come on _________." He teased, nudging her as he brushed past her and went inside.
"I know."
"Aunt Cass, has a bunch left over. There's some that we didn't use."
"It's totally fine!" _________ shook her head. Tadashi tugged her arm.
"It'll be fine. I'll come back tomorrow and we can decorate together."
"Tadashi..."
"I'll be back! 'Night _______." He kissed her forehead and parted.

-Next Day-

Thunk!
"Wha..." _______ moaned, stretching across her bed.
Thunk!
The sound was coming from the window. She jumped out of bed and opened her-
Thunk!
"Tadashi!" A snow ball smacked into the window, where ________'s face was. Tadashi wved at her, beckoning to come out. She giggled and took her coat.
"You're just in time to finish the lights." He held up the plug. ________ smirked and threw a snowball at him.
"Not if you can catch me!" _______ ran to the front of her condo's yard.

"It's magical." _______ let's out; admiring the work they did on the small home. Her boyfriend pulled her close.
"Glad you like it. They'll be up till February." He joked and they walked into the warm house, which was also decorated from top to bottom in Christmas barf.

-To Present-

"It's snowing Tadashi."
"_________, you need to finish you math stuff. I'm not done teaching you."
"But it's snowing. And it's almost Christmas." _______ sighed; she tried to sit up, but failed. Tadashi came behind her and helped her sit up. There was a knock on the door, the hospital nurse walked in.
"Tadashi, visiting hours is over."
"Okay, good night _______."
"Bye Tadashi." He left, but hesitated as he left.
"I wish I could decorate this room..." _______ told the nurse who was helping her lie back down.

"Why is it so bright in here?" _______'s eyes fluttered open, her hospital room ceiling was covered with hanging paper snowflakes and the walls were lined with multicolor Christmas lights. She turned on her side to see Tadashi hanging a ornament on a miniature tree by her night stand.
"________."
"Tadashi, this is magical! Thank you!!!" _______ reached up to hug him. He returned the hug.
"Merry Christmas, __________."
