The Sage of the Six Paths finished the story of life, including Indra and Asura. Akari had listened to him silently, not asking questions.
"So what does this have to do with me?" She asked. I should have nothing to do with this.
"There is an untold story in the legend and it deals with a woman. She never appears in the story because there has never been someone close enough or capable enough to take on the job with the incarnates. When I sent my sons on their mission, I had sent a woman to check on them. She had made sure they were safe and that they didn't stray from their path. She also made sure they never killed each other. She never involved herself in their path but instead, she watched from the shadows. She told me that Asura was still on his path and that's why I waited." The sage replied.
"So I'm her incarnate? What am I supposed to do?" Akari asked while looking up at him. She had a small frown on her face.
"You aren't but I trust you enough to take on this responsibility. I need to each you the Time ninjutsu that she had used. Be careful with it. It will take a long time to master it and it takes a small amount of your life force when using it. I will only be able to help you with the side effects for 2 years. You must be careful with it. It was the same for her so instead of using it to get around, she only used it for emergencies. To get around, she had inhuman speed from training every single day. Before I go on, will you take on this responsibility?" He asked. His eyes bore into her.
"I will take it." She replied.
The sage then went on to explain the training and the Jutsu. After he had finished, Akari had already soaked in the information and memorized it.
"Anything else?" She asked. The sage nodded.
"I will be in your mind along with you to give you directions if needed. This also means that if a Yamanaka enters your mind, they would also see me."
"So you can speak in my mind then?"
"Yes." He replies. Suddenly, Akari felt a large pain where her wound was. Her hand clenched her chest. "You need to go now. You've been near death for 2 days."
"What? We weren't here that long were we?" She asked, biting her lip. The pain pulsed through her body.
"Time here is a lot more different. I will now enter your mind but I won't be with you for a couple of days. It will take a lot out of me." Akari nodded and the sage disappeared.
Drip
She disappeared from the darkness.

Fugaku entered the hospital room and saw Akari in the hospital bed. Her heart rate was weak. If only I had been there sooner. She's been out for two days now. What even happened? He thought. Himari was asleep next to Akari while holding her daughter's hand. Sakumo hasn't come back yet. He looked at the bedside table next to her and saw the fresh flowers Mikoto had put in the vase. He sat down and began to reflect upon what had happened 2 days ago.
Flashback
Fugaku was in his office with his Police Force uniform. He was writing down paperwork and had felt a familiar flare of chakra. The sun was already setting. She's probably just training and lost control. He thought, slightly worried about her. Minutes later, he felt another flare. He frowned. Something might be wrong. He quickly got up and got a small force with a Medic.
"Captain, what's wrong? Don't you think you are overreacting?" One of his subordinates asked.
"Akari flared her chakra 2 times. I think it's best to take precautions. What if there's something wrong and she's being attacked? You should always go with your gut if it's a reasonable thing to do." He responded. Another flare of chakra hit them. "We need to go."
