Today was the day us first years will finally have our three-on-three match.
I got to be honest, I was pretty nervous. Because for the past few days I got to see my teammates' and opponents' abilities. They were all amazing players.
But Tanaka and Nishinoya were even exceptional players.
Tanaka had amazing spiking power but I noticed he had trouble doing the teamwork stuff. He was volatile and impulsive.
Nishinoya really amazed me. He had a natural talent of connecting to the balls, the distance didn't matter to him. He caught it every single time.
But what really captivated me was the Karasuno's manager. Who knew a goddess can be a volleyball manager. And I didn't mean to sound gay here but yeah she was really beautiful.
I also noticed that Shimizu didn't talk much so I decided that I would like to get to know her since I'm a girl too after all.
But it didn't go smoothly as I expected. Well that's because the others started attacking me and did other stuff.
"Um, Shimizu-san? Can I help you with that?" I asked her as she was picking up balls that was scattered everywhere inside the gym.
"Ah. Sure." was her only response as she handed me the ball she picked up a few moments ago.
"Shimizu-san-!" I was cut short when I felt such an evil presence behind me. I didn't want to look behind because it sent shivers down my spine. But when I did, I saw Tanaka and Nishinoya cracking their knuckles.
"Oho? Just what are you planning to do with Kiyoko-san? Huh?" Tanaka was using his intimidation face as he slowly approached me.
"Oi Saru. What were you saying to Kiyoko-san? Let me join in." Nishinoya said as he looked like a corpse.
"Eek!" a unpleasant sound escaped my lips as Tanaka and Nishinoya closed the distance between us. As they were about to pounce on me, Daichi grabbed their collars leaving them dangling in the air.
