"yes. but i don't want to take the responsibilty to rule the town" i said, trying to get my shit together from the execution.
"okay. you can be king, but your brother will be the one to rule" my dad said as i agreed.

it's been 10 years. i haven't fully moved on from the execution but it doesn't effect how i take care of taehyung. as promised, i've been taking care of taehyung. now i need to accomplish one more.
"i want to move out. i found an abandoned house, only 12 blocks away. i want to live there with taehyung" i said and after few convincing, they accepted my decision.

"do you have everything you need?" my dad said.
"yep i have all of them in my bag" i said as i ate my breakfast.
it's my first day in university. im on my second year. (it's a royalty school btw lol) also, i think we haven't properly met. my name is Kim Taehyung the prince of daegu. my dad is the king, Kim Seokjin. i don't know who my mom is but i don't bother asking.
"im leaving now!" i said, grabbing my bag.

"okay welcome back class, we have a new student today. Ms. Arden would you like to introduce yourself to the class?" the proffesor said as a young woman was on the front.
"hi everyone, my name is Aubrielle Arden. I'm a duchess from busan and i just moved here" she introduced herself.
she was gorgeous. her smile lit up the entire room and her eyes were like a greenish blue. but i convinced myself to not fall for her and focus on my studies.
"you can sit next to Mr. Kim right there" the proffesor said, guiding her to the empty seat beside me.
i mean, it won't hurt to just introduce myself right?
"hi aubrielle! i'm taehyung. prince of daegu" i said, bringing out my hand for her to shake.
"you can call me aubrie. so your dad is the king of this town?" she said as she shaked my hand
"yeah, but my uncle is the one who rules it" i said.

he looks just like his father. beautiful.
"so do you want to be friends? plus i'm new to the town so i thought i needed a tour guide" you said.
"oh sure you can count me in" taehyung said.

taehyung showed you the entire school and you love it here.
"do you want to come over? so that we can study?" taehyung asked.
"oh im sorry i can't. i still need to fix my stuff in my place, i just moved here. but i can give you my reviewer at homeroom" you said.
"oh sure that's cool. see you tomorrow then." taehyung said as you headed home.

"hey tae, how was school?" my dad said
"it was pretty average. i made a new friend" "Aubrie, she's new"
"oohh what does she look like?" my dad teased me, ruffling my hair
"she's..gorgeous. her eyes, i can't tell if it's green or blue but you can stare at them all day. her smile, it can light up a dark room that i want to make jokes 24/7 just to see her smile" i said as i imagined her in my mind.
"i think you like her" my dad teased me again.
"i think so, but we just met today" i said.
"you definitely got your taste from me" "you know, your mom is like what you described. her eyes were like emerald with a hint of blue, her hair was like an ashy blonde"
"really? what's your story with my mom? what happened?" i asked out of curiousity.
"well, i was a prince like you and she was the royal gardener. we would send letters to each other everyday. we had to keep our relationship a secret. but then we had you, we couldn't keep it a secret anymore so we told your grandfather. we planned that after you were born, they would execute her. athena, that was her name"
"i promised her that i would take care of you in this house. this is where me and your mom would go to take a break from life. i still have her picture" my dad said as he took out a picture from a drawer.
