I once again sat on a chair with Ameri on my lap, I continued reading Memory of my first love as thoughts filled my mind

Ameri seemed to of have noticed this change in my expression and my hallow words as I spoke the text from the manga

"Are you alright Y/n?" She asked with worry as I nodded with a light smile "it's nothing... it's just..." I trailed away as I just sighed tiredly

"Come on, you can tell me" she said with a smile which caused me to smile, if students saw this interaction, they would be extremely shocked

Not only was Ameri the student council President, she was a rank of six which was one of the top in history for her age, and atop of all that she was the daughter of Henri Azazel, the Security Chief of demon border control

And then there was Y/n

Barely his first year of high school he already had a rank that surpassed every other student in history, and was one rank lower than a teacher! He showed immense power as he tamed the guardian of cutthroat valley and had a divine beast as a familiar, and to top it all off, his grandpa was Sullivan, the most likely candidate to become demon king!

Both of these students had massive backgrounds, yet there they both were, Ameri on Y/n's lap with a smile on both their faces

It doesn't matter who, anybody would be shocked if this got leaked out

"Next week, apparently there'll be the promotion exams, and my little brother is participating... I'm, worried" I admitted with a another sigh, while I would usually never say it out loud, I've grown quite close to Ameri to comfortably be able to tell her this

She places her hands on my shoulders as I calmed down with a small smile

"Your brother has never really shown any interest on climbing up the ranks, why now?" Ameri says with confusion laced in her voice

"Something about finally beating me, who would've thought that, that would be the reason?" I say with a light chuckle but Ameri could easily see that it had a hint of concern

"It'll be alright, plus, I'm interested what the almighty 'Lightning King' Y/n has to offer" she giggled cutely as I pouted at the title

The title of lightning king seemed to of have stuck with the student body as everybody has been calling me by that whenever they pass by

Why? Simply because of some meat head {Sobro} decided to spill the secret about my little squabble with the guardian, and my familiar only added to this

Speaking of my familiar, I usually just have him out in the world, he would always come back to sleep in my bed and would leave after eating

I hadn't had the chance to properly use him in combat because usually there's no need, but I have the feeling I'll be needing him

"Ugh that title..." I showed my discomfort with a groan as she only giggled more at this which caused me to show a small smile

"Well, it's not like it'll affect me so I might not try" I mumbled out as Ameri suddenly turned to me with narrowed eyes, she stabbed my chest with her finger

"You'll try, do your understand Y/n!" She said as I awkwardly chuckle before a teasing smile appeared upon my face as I made a show of thinking

"Oh I don't know, there's nothing to really motivate me... oh if only there was" I said with a large grin as she blushed before meekly looking away, clearly understanding my intentions

"F-fine, what is your request?" I inwardly smiled at her adorable blushing shy expression

I leaned into her ear, my hot breath tingled her ear, she blushed even more but didn't move away

"One single day, just you and I, no reading, but just us having fun, a date" she blushed madly at the last word

I properly explained to her what a date was and what it indicated

The words to respond got caught in her throat as she stuttered extensively upon my words

"F-fine! B-but only... o-only if you win completely!" She said while looking at me directly in the eye

"Completely?"

"When your team wins, go to the loser side and challenge your own team" she said as I smirked cheekily

"When I win?" She blushed once more as she realized what she just said

"My my, I never knew your were so confident in me and my abilities" I said as she squirmed in place which did no good for my mental health

I bit the bottom of my lip as I suppressed my... soldier from rising

"S-shut up, but do we have a deal?" She said as she tried shaking my hand as best she could from her position

I grinned as I ignored her hand and instead pulled her body to mine, I wrapped my arms around her body as she once again squirmed

"I promise you, I'll do whatever it takes, so we have a deal"

'Even if I have to beat down my own brother and or friends, this is my one true chance of knowing if I really do love her or I'm just some pervert that likes her body. I blame my father for my perverseness'
