I stood next the student council, which was standing near a massive student crowd as one of the Battler's was about to announce the Battler eve

Students made sure not to be that close to us, not out of fear of disgust but out of respect especially since I was here

I enjoyed the twitching eye of Ameri as she felt the gazes of many female students upon Y/n, some of the looks definitely were more than innocent

"It's finally time to begin the Party Eve of our school's biggest event, the Battler Party!" I smiled brightly as the students erupted into cheers

"Hmm, let's check out over there shall we?" I cheekily say as my fingers interlocked with Ameri's

Her body stiffened as a blush crept along her cheeks but nodded, the student council gave us confused looks

"Ameri and I are going on a date, so see ya" I gave a peace sign as we went off as the student council made 'oh' expressions

Funnily enough, Ameri had explained to them that a date was a very special patrol so they thought it was normal

I snickered as Ameri blushed and looked the other way in embarrassment, having some idea of what I'm thinking about

"Hmm, so how shall we start off this date?~" I whisper into her ear as her blush deepened much to my amusement and happiness

'So easy to make her blush!'

{Ameri is REALLY tall in the anime, probably as tall as Sullivan, but in this, she's merely six foot tall. Still tall, but shorter than Y/n}

Ameri and I traveled too many of the Battlers, there were laughs, smiles, and we overall had fun

Of course our mere presence and the fact that we were together and seen to be so friendly caused rumors to appear about us being together

Hopefully by the end of this, I can prove those rumors right

It honestly astonished me how fast the rumor began to spread as not even an hour into the date and people were already whispering about us

"Oh my devi, are they together together?"

"Aww! I wanted Y/n...."

"Of course the Lightning King has already been claimed"

I was quite amused by these statements as I saw it slowly get to Ameri by the reddening of her cheeks, something I found adorable

I could tell she was actually happy about these rumors as a smile tugged at her lips as we continued on with our little date

We ate some of the delicious food that the Battlers provided, although looking rather unsavory, they were actually quite a delicacy

We danced, or at least I danced as I showed Ameri how to, all the while wincing and laughing as Ameri stepped on my shoes constantly

Right now we were just walking around with a. relaxed and calm expression on our faces, a small smile soon crawled towards my face

'It's getting close to fireworks!'

"Hey Ameri, there's a place I want to show you" I said as she simply nodded with a smile

Previous to this and unknown to everyone, I had an entire little room, of course I say room when it's only technically a single tile

Time magic is something I had placed so the food I had specially prepared for both of us didn't get spoiled and illusion magic so no one noticed it was there in the first place

I was quite a chef myself as I had to usually prepare food with fresh ingredients, it costed less and one of us had to learn how to cook

So I took it upon myself and I'm grateful that I did, it added a certain charm to it while knowing that I made the food myself and not some other random chefs

"Well, come on Y/n!" She said with excitement as a smile appeared on my face at this; she had gotten a bit loose and let her childish side takeover as we had our date

"Alright, It's-" my eyes widen as a sudden explosion of magic bursted forth and before I knew invisible barriers appeared everywhere

"W-What was that?!" Ameri shouted as she was quite startled, the school started shaking and the battlers did as well at the sudden magic

A cold light flashed within my eyes as the words I thought to myself repeated once more

'I wonder who's the bastard I'll have to skin alive'
