What is nothing
in the face of everything?
The infinite vastness of all,
even a void is something
because surely without nothing
the void would have nothing
to be a void of.
So why feel emptiness,
when emptiness does not exist?
Nothing is impossible,
but don't let that stop you,
because even nothingness
has its purpose.

you need the positive
in order to discern itself
from the negative;
the good things
may not always soften
the blows of the bad,
but conversely,
the bad things
don't necessarily ruin
the good.
