Soobin walked to the witnesses chair facing the judged.
"are you Choi Soobin?" The attorney come in front of Soobin.
"yes"
"did you really was killed by the accused one month ago?" The attorney began his question.
"yes then I survive"
"how do you know he killed the other 20 people?"
"I'm his boyfriend and live together and I found all the thing he hides from me and found out he is the one who's behind all that"
The prosecutor wake up from his seat and walked to give the files Soobin found to give to show to everyone.
"as you can see here. There is a date of when the murders was suppose to happen and the accused wrote all the date correctly. It seems like he planned all this all on the same day." The prosecutor says.
"What if he just wrote that down just for a information?" The attorney defends Yeonjun.
"There is another 5 person he hasn't kill yet that he suppose to kill next week" The prosecutor quick answered the attorney question.
"do you have any other evidence prosecutors?" The judges ask.
"yes I have" The prosecutor takes the phone he put on the table.
"this is the witness phone and he gave me this to show the prove. In this phone I checked they conversation and I found something weird. You can see how on the day the accused didn't kill anyone he was excited to meet the witness but on the day he was suppose to kill, he keep saying no to the witness when the witness asked him to meet"
"witness, you are the one who gave the prosecutor all the prove right?" The attorney spoke.
"yes, I gave all the prove"
"why do you suddenly spy the accused? Are you actually the one who do it?Are you trying to put a trap on him?" The attorney shoots Soobin with the question.
"objection! He try to accuse the witness is the one who do it!" The prosecutor stand up, backing up Soobin.
"Witness you can answer that" The judge ignoring the prosecutor question.
"The text show it all. I was texting him and found something weird. The day person 18 was killed he keep saying no to me, I saw the news and found out about it but I didn't want to accuse him like that so I waited until he denying to meet me again and then I found him murders two people before I slowly trap him to get arrested"
