Chris' view:

-----One and a half year later-------

Since the thing with Milly's stepfather Harry ended, we returned to a normal life. In November 2018 we even managed to bring out a movie, which celebrated our 20 years anniversary as Coldplay. Mat Whitecross, a good friend, who we know since university, recorded it. Although I have to say that I'm not really happy with the beginning it turned out as  a masterpiece, using all the media he filmed back in the time, when we all met. The fans were really happy about it!

In the beginning of 2019, we started to record our 8th studio album, which is called Every day life. It will be released on the 22nd November this year. Furthermore we will be doing a You Tube live performance from Amman in Jordan on the release day, so that fans all over the world can watch it at the same time. It will be a big global concert. Since this one is a double album, we will be doing a sunrise and a sunset performance at local times. Today is the 20th November and we are currently on our way to Jordan. On the plane, are the band and my beautiful girlfriend of course.

Milly lays on my shoulder, deep in her sleep. I take a look at her and mumble:,, Honey, come on. We will be landing soon."

Slowly her eyelashes are opening and she looks at me:,, So soon? I thought the flight takes longer."

,,Sorry but no.", I respond.

She pecks me on the lips before she says:,, I'll head fast to the loo before we land."

,,Okay, but hurry up my dear!"

Jonny who is sitting in the seat next to Will, also moves and starts to talk:,, Hey man, how long will it take till we're there."

,,I guess about 15 minutes. Can I ask you something, Jonnyboy?"

,,Ofc go on!"

I take the little square box out of my pants and open it. Inside the box shimmers a beautiful ring with a small diamond in the middle.

,,Will she like it?", I ask carefully.

,,Yes she definatly will. Oh my god! You really wanna ask her if she wants to be your wife? I mean it's wonderful but this is  a big decision and you know how it ended the last time."

,,Yes, yes I know. But my answer is still yes! I wanna marry her. I wanna live my life with her!", I explain quiet, because I don't want to wake Will, Phil and Guy and Milly will be soon back.

,,Okay, if you're happy with this decision and than I'm also happy with it. She will love it. The surprise is gergeous! When will you propose to her?"

,,Today after our last rehersal. When the sun sets."

,,You romantic bloke.", Jay replies wiht a cheeky grin. I start to chuckle too.

,,Hey boys, what is so funny? Oh and good morning Jonny.", Milly says as she comes back.

,,Nothing what should concern you. Come on sit down, girl.", I say.

,, You're not going to say something although you both know that I'm a curious person, right?"

,,Exactly!", Jonny and me say together.

Later in Jordan: 4:20 pm

And at first light
Throw my arms out open wide

With this sentence the song with the title Everyday Life ends. The crew and the guys are cheering and clapping their hands.

,,Boys this was absolutly amazing! The fans will love this album!", Milly exclaims as she ran to us in the circle.

,,Thank you sis. Yeah I really like it too. My favourite song might be Champion of the world.", Guy explains and takes her into an embrace.

,,Guys, this went perfectly! If we play it tommorrow just like that, the fans will love you!", Phil says as he took his steps towards us.

,,We will do our best.", I replie.

,,Okay, it's closing time,  boys!", Phil says and than all of us start to built down the instruments.

About 10 minutes later I stand at the edge of the our stage, which is actually an undeveloped roof of a house and look out on the horizon. The crew and the Boys make their way down to a hotel but I stay. On the inside I'm dying. I don't know how I should say it and what if she should say no? Well we would still be togehter, but I'm just a bit scared about her answer. Jon is right. It's a big decision. The sun slowly starts to set, I should start soon.

,,Chris? Aren't you coming with us?", Milly asks.

,,Oh sure. I do, but I was just amazed by this wonderful landscape and this sunset.", I respond.

,,Yeah it's beautiful you are right. Have you guys ever played here before?"

,,No, never. That's also why we choose to play here."

,, I see. It's stunning. Looks so religious and old, but still amazing.

I nodd. 

,,You remmember what we said to each other the first time we met? I mean yeah, it's nearly 2 years since we met but......do you remmember?"

,,Yes. You introduced yourself to me and you were very nervouse. I never asked you why, tho."

,,Well maybe I was already in love with you. I don't know. I just wanted to know , if you were the young woman back in Argentina who left me speechless. I'm sorry I didn't get a word in edgewise back then. I just thought you were amazing, just like I still do.", I say and move my head to her side

She purses her lips and punches me playfull on my shoulder:,, You Little romatic, I love you!"

,,Milly......I thought long enough about this and I wanted to do that for such a long time, but well there was work and troubles, which needed to be fixed. But now I'm entirely sure!"

She furrows her eyebrows, the slight wind blowing her pony out of her face: ,, You scare me. What do you have in mind?"

I go down on my knees, grab the box from my pants and open it while saying:,, Camilla Angelina Jenkins, I love you to the edge of the galaxy and back and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Togehter we can manage all sort of troubles. So I ask you,......do want to marry me?"

She puts her hands around her mouth while her eyes fill with tears of joy:,, Yes! That's all I want!"

I stand up and put the ring around her left ring finger.Than I kiss her.

,,I love you till the whole world ends! Thank you for everything you give me.", my fiance says while I hug her.

With the next kiss we both share, the sun sets completly and we hear the Crew and the Boys, who are cheering and clapping their Hands in the back.

Okay this makes me kinda sad to say this, but this was the last chapter of the relationship between Milly and Chris. You can think of their future on your own.
