A few days past and the winter's ball was today. Hercules taliored me a beautiful silk dress with a lovely design. The dress was a light blue ad had rose's all over the fabric. I loved it so much. I came out of the dressing room and his jaw dropped. His face was a bright red and he looked away. "What? Do you think it's bad?" I said, my love for the dress was going away. "No! Not at all it's just... You look so beautiful..." He said as he looked at me. "Aw, thanks!" I said with a smile. I blushed a little and looked away. Lafayette came in as gasped. "Mon dieu. Quelle belle femme!" He said in French. "Huh?" I said confused. "Your so pretty!!" He said as he came up to me and looked at me up and down. "Stop your gonna make me blush!" I said and I looked away. "The guys are going to be all over you tonight! I mean, I would~" Lafayette said. My face was red and I covered my face. "Sorry if that made you uncomfortable, but it's the truth Mon ami!" He said. "It's ok" I said with my face in my hands. "Are we ready to go?" Hercules asked. "Oui, but we're waiting on Hamilton and Laurens." Lafayette answered. "Their probably making out." He muttered to Lafayette. "Oui" He muttered back. I would say something but I mean.... Are they wrong? A few minutes go by and they still aren't here. "I'm getting a little hungry." Hercules said. "Oui, oui." Lafayette said. "Same here..." I said as my stomach growled. "You know what sounds good?" I said. "Hm?" Lafayette said. "Cheese cake with strawberry drizzle." I said as my mouth watered. "Oui...." Lafayette said. "Thank you now I'm even more hungry." Hercules whined. "How about some one gets us food?" I suggested. "I'll do it!" Hercules said as he raised his hand in a blink of an eye. "Ok. Get me something like a stake or a hamburger." I said with my mouth watering. "Same here please." Laf said. "Alrighty. But take off the dress when you eat the stake. I don't want stake juice on the dress (Y/n)!" Hercules said as he went out of the shop to get food. "Noted." I said as I put both hands on my cheeks and put my arms on the desk.
I sigh and close my eyes. Me and Lafayette sat in silence until Lafayette spoke. "Soo... " He said. God this is awkward. "Are you excited for the ball?" Lafayette asked. "Hell yeah!" I said with a smile. "Same. I can't wait to see the beautiful women." He said. "And I can't wait to see the food that taking a while to get here." I said as I sighed. My face was lifted up by a hand. I look at the owners hand as saw Lafayette. "Patience, mon amour.~" Lafayette said. My face felt hot, he came close and our lips were so close they almost touched. And then... "Hey I got the food!!!" Hercules said as he burst through the door. Lafayette went away and looked pissed. "God dammit Herc..." He muttered as his eye twitched. "Y.. Yay..." I muttered as my face was completely red. We ate our food and John and Alex came. "Sorry we're late. Traffic jam..." Alex said as he scratched the back of his neck. "It alright." I said as I swallowed the food that was in my mouth. "Hey wheres our food?!" John said. "Too slow." Lafayette said as he bit into a cheese cake.
Alex and John were angry and they got over it. Once we finished eating, we got in the wagon Alex and John arrived in and we went to where the ball was held.
And who I saw, was astonishing.
