annie's pov

the next morning i wake up in my bed with hayley yelling in my ear.

"Get up! get up! get up! we have to go to Veronica's Christmas Eve party." hayley was yelling in my ear.

"okay! okay! i'm up. what time is it?" i ask hayley.

"4:30. you have until 6 to be ready!" she said.

"why did i sleep so late?" i ask.

"probably because you and asher were busy doing something in here and wouldn't let me in when it's my room to!" hayley said.

"oh yeah." i said.

"i don't even wanna know what you to where doing." hayley said walking out.

asher then came in.

"last night was fun huh?" he said smirking. i smiled.

"yes it was." i said sitting up.

we kissed for a little while with me on asher when caleb walked in.

"eww. anyways asher emily said she was up for round to from the day you and annie got in that fight." he said ana i got off asher. i completely forgot about that. he cheated on me. and a simple 'i love you' changed everything. my mood suddenly dropped.

"tell her to leave me alone and that we both know it was a mistake." he said. Caleb nodded walking out and shutting the door.

asher sat up and looked at me.

"what's wrong?" he asked.

"nothing." i said.

"okay then." he said and started kissing me. i didn't kiss back.

"okay what's wrong babe?" asher asked me.

"are you using me for my body?" i ask him.

"what?" he asked.

"you heard me" i reply.

"of course not! why would you think that." he said.

"because you always want to have sex or make out." i said.

"because i'm crazy about you. i love you more then life it's self annie." he said. "i'll stop asking to have sex and all that if you want me to. just say it and don't say yes when i ask because you think it'll make me happy. as long as your happy i am." he added on holding my hand and hugging me.

"okay" i said. "i love you too." i said to him.

after that we start to get ready for the party. once we were ready we headed downstairs to see all the kids and my mom and coco.

"where's dad?" asher asked.

"he's upstairs getting ready." coco replied and asher nodded.

me and asher were talking and laughing when caleb said something.

"y'all are to lovey dovey" caleb said.

"we're to lovey dovey you say?" i said kissing asher.

we kept kissing.

"okay kids that's enough" my mom said and i pulled away from asher.

Jody came downstairs so we headed out and on to the party. we all go in and me and asher split from the group. we go outside in the garden. it was beautiful with snow everywhere.

"so how are things with you and caleb?" i ask asher as we walked around hand-in-hand.

"not to good but i think we're getting to where we used to be." he said.

"that's good. i'm so sorry you guys had a fall out. it's all my fault to." i said.

"no it's not! he should except us" asher said. "i love you" he said as we stopped turning our bodies to face each other. we kiss with one of ashers arms snakes around my waist and his hand on my cheek as my arms were wrapped around his neck.

after 3 minutes of kissing we were stopped by a voice as we pulled away.

"what are you two doing?" i hear the most annoying person on earth say. Veronica.

"kissing. are you blind." i said rolling my eyes and she did the same.

"didn't he cheat on you?" she said.

"would everyone stop bringing that up! like is this a sign or something!" i yell walking away back into the house.

i sit on one of the couches. i then felt a presence next to me. i look over to see the boy from the jewelry store who bought me the bracelet.

"hey!" he said.

"oh hey!" i said.

"so i never got a name. mines William but everyone calls me will." he said.

"i'm annie but a lot of people call me anns." i said.

"well anns. what's with the sad face." he asked.

"can i trust you?" i asked.

"of course." he said.

"well my boyfriend asher. the day we met at the mall when i said he was catching up with a friend well that day we got into a fight and he got drunk and slept with her cheating on me. we then made up about it and now i'm upset because everyone keeps bringing it up." i said.

"well i'm sorry" he said.

"it's fine." i said. he then gave me hug. we pull away from the hug when i heard ashers voice.

"seriously annie? you get upset and go to some other guy." he said.

"no!" i said. he then grabbed some girls arm and kisses her. they kiss for 2 seconds when he pulls away from her.

"Seriously!? i can't have a friend to comfort me but you can kiss and sleep with other girls!? like are you serious right now!? you know what i'm done! we're done! i'm tired of this and i think us was a mistake. i never knew you were this big of a jerk. i said tears coming out of my eyes.

"no wait annie i'm sorry" i hear asher say as i was walking away. i stop and turn around.

"no! you don't get to do that! i know your not sorry! you can't say i'm sorry and then it'll all be better! it doesn't work like that! just do us both a favor and leave me alone! i hate you!" i yelled in his face and walk away. i walk to find my mom. i finally find her.

"uhh mom when do we leave?" i ask her.

"right now actually." she said and i nodded.

we gather everyone and walk to the van thing. we all get in. this time i was next to hayley and london. i laid my head on the window and looked out as a tear slipped. i quickly wiped it. i felt eyes on me knowing it was asher i didn't look back at him. once we were finally there i was the first out of the car. i went inside and into my room. i got changed and laid down. i turned to face my dresser which was across from the side of my bed against the wall on the left side of the room. i started to cry myself to sleep.
