Hey! So I wasn't sure if I was going to do this or not, but I figured, why not?:P Here's my one-shot entry for 'My Wattpad Love'. It doesn't really take place at a certain point in the story, it's just a general thing from Shane's P.O.V. I've just been in his shoes, and figured I'd write down what I can relate to.(It's nothing special xD)

The Girl and The Snake

There once was a girl,

Kind-hearted as can be,

Who broke the walls,

Of a Snake, buried in debris.

At first, he could not explain,

How the Girl could maintain,

A bond of friendship with a creep,

And make his love for her grow deep.

Alas, she was not his to take,

No matter how much he wanted to make,

The Girl and The Shark,

Become The Girl and The Snake.

His love for her he claimed,

Rejected, his heart now maimed,

The Snake is lost in the unknown,

Scarred, hurt, and waiting to be saved.

The Girl, her love for him will never wake,

Why? He's been nothing but a fake,

Though he will stay strong, he will stand tall, he will not fall,

For love, that which is unreturned,

Is the greatest magic of all.
