*3rd person's POV*

Flashback

"She will be alright" Jisoo said placing her hand on Jimin's. He glanced at her and she nodded at him. Both didn't notice that they were staring and when they did, it didn't take long before they both looked away. Jisoo seems to find the things outside more amusing than what was happening inside.

Jimin was confused as to why he was acting this way.

(She hurt me, no she broke me but still... I like Jeongyeon now, don't I?)His mind was questioning the actions he was doing but he pushed the thoughts away, it was not the time or place. Jeongyeon was more important. The rest of the ride was silent, almost too silent.

Jisoo's mind resonated the day, that day when Jimin told her that he liked her. She didn't know what to do. So she didn't reply and he courted her, for years. She thought he would give up eventually but he didn't. She intentionally hurt him so many times just to make him give up on her. But he didn't, Jimin could never give up on her.

Jisoo finally thought that she had to give him a chance, but he moved too fast. Everything was fast and she knew he was planning to propose soon and her dumb mind had thought of the most insane solution. She made it seem like she cheated on him, but he didn't believe it. He trusted her too much. Jisoo winced a bit remembering how cruel she was. She didn't know what her brain was capable of at the time.

In the end she came clean and that day she saw him cry, for the first time. She saw him broken, like he was lost. She felt sympathy for him but she gave him space, respected his feelings. Then when his feelings changed to hatred, she couldn't blame him. She knew she was the fool out of both of them.

She knew she lost the person who cared for her, maybe more than anything. She was an idiot who took his love granted, she was idiot for thinking that he would still fight for her. She called herself a monster everyday for the things she did back then, for thinking that his love was sickening, suffocating. It never was, not even a bit, it was just that she couldn't appreciate it.

She sighed and shrugged the thoughts off as she knew it would only make her more worse. She immediately left Jimin at the hospital, not even waiting for him to talk to her. Jisoo felt like she didn't deserve him, but she mentally facepalmed on the fact that she forgot to say the one thing that she longed to say to him, she may never get the chance to do so ever. She had to say that she was sorry, that was the only thing she could do now.

It took her months to call Jimin. She took his number from a mutual friend but she mustered the courage now. She called him, her heart beating irrationally and she was surprised when he picked up.

"Jimin-ssi, I hope you will be happy with whoever by your side. Goodbye" she hung up quickly as her voice began to crack. She couldn't control her emotions anymore. She blocked his number and deleted it from her phone. She smiled as she looked at their photo from years ago, she knew this would probably be the only way to see him.

Present.

Jisoo smiled as she saw her little brother playing with other children like him. Her lovely glance was interrupted by a man who tapped her shoulder.

"Jisoo-yah, can I talk to you?" He asked and she nodded at him. She took one final glance before she followed him.

"Yeah Mark" She said as she sat down at his office.
