*3rd person's POV*

*Ding*

"Mina! Could you get the door?"

"Mina!"

"Aish didn't she wake up yet? COMING!"

Chaeyoung ran to the front door. She was brushing and the toothbrush was still inside her mouth.

"Good Mor-" Chaeyoung's eyes went wide on seeing the person in front of her. After probably an hour she slapped herself and rubbed her eyes.

"Oh god, I'm going crazy."

"Chaeyoung-ah, she can explain."

Chaeyoung felt her anger raising as she glanced at her supposedly dead best friend standing on the front door.

"Chae-"

"Don't you dare. Don't you f*cking dare." Saying that Chaeyoung went inside and washed her mouth. Jeongyeon was nervously pacing back and forth as Momo was trying to calm her down. Jeongyeon finally entered the house and she couldn't find Chaeyoung anywhere.

Momo said that she could wait outside as she felt like she was thridwheeling this whole process.

"Who was there Chae- Jeongyeon!?"

"Hi!" Jeongyeon waved her hands as she sheepishly smiled. Mina quickly went and hugged her.

"How are you? Tzuyu told us about everything but she didn't say that you were coming back this early. My god, you have no idea how glad I am to see that you're okay."

They hugged for a long time and Jeongyeon calmly explained everything. It took a while for Mina to process everything.

"Sorry Mina-yah, I should've told you guys before everything happened. It's my fault I'm extremely sorry."

"Jeongyeon-ah the fact that you're okay is more than enough for me to forgive you. I missed you." They hugged again. They talked for a long time after that but Chaeyoung was nowhere to be seen.

"I'm worried she might not have forgiven me."

"She will come around Jeongyeon-ah, it will take some time, but she will, believe me. It is Chaeyoung we are talking about."

"I-"

The sound of a door slamming interrupted them and Jeongyeon looked up to see Chaeyoung walking towards them and resting on the wall near the counter leading to the kitchen. Mina nudged Jeongyeon to go and talk to her. Jeongyeon nodded and walked towards Chaeyoung who was looking to the side.

"Chaeyoung-ah, I'm sorry I really am."

*Slap* The unexpected slap from Chaeyoung surprised Jeongyeon but Chaeyoung quickly hugged her afterwards. Jeongyeon could feel that Chaeyoung was crying and she patted her back.

"I thought you went away forever Jeongyeon-ah. You are my family Jeong, I couldn't even imagine my life without you Jeongyeon-ah. I thanked God a thousand times when Tzuyu said that you're were okay. You should've at least told us you were okay." Jeongyeon didn't reply she just patted her back.

*Time lapse*

"You may kiss the bride." The officiant's words made the crowd cheer louder. The brides smiled at each other and kissed.

"That's going to be us someday." Chaeyoung's words made Mina smile. But she quickly hid it as she continued to watch the happy couple.

"But she could've asked me to be the bridesmaid."

"Aww you're still sulky about that?" Mina chuckled and Chaeyoung rolled her eyes.

"Of course, I was friends with her for half of my life and she still treats me like garbage."

"Chaengie is jealous. Don't worry you will have a chance next time. I mean by the way Jeongyeon and Momo are acting, they might as well get married right here today."

"Speak of the devil, look at them I swear to god you could see Jeongyeon as the heart eye emoji whenever she looks at Momo."

"Yeah- oh they are leaving."

"Did she just throw a middle finger at me? Aish curse you too Chou Tzuyu." Chaeyoung kept glaring at Tzuyu who walking away with her wife

"Even though you say all these things you still care about her the most, don't you?"

"Of course, she is my child. She went through a lot of things but she never let anyone in, she has her own world. I'm just glad that she is finally happy."

"You're a good friend Chaeyoung-ah."

"Hey guys, we should go grab some food." Jeongyeon called out to the couple who was glancing at the newly married. Chaeyoung and Mina both nodded their heads together. Jeongyeon and Momo walked ahead holding their hands.

"So you're saying that you did all of this in one day?"

"Not in a day, also I just fixed some things."

"I knew my fiance was talented."

"Momo no oh my god, when did you get this cheesy?" Jeongyeon laughed and Momo pouted.

"Nayeon told me this is how you flirt with people."

"Oh sweetie, I should see that bunny later."

"Can we walk faster I'm hungry."

"*Chuckle* of course." Momo dragged Jeongyeon to the buffet. After taking their food both settled down at a table to eat. Jeongyeon looked at Momo and smiled seeing her girlfriend's face.

"What? Do I have something on my face?"

"No, I'm just thinking about how I could make it seem like I don't know you." Jeongyeon said and Momo slapped her arms.

"Yahh!"

"Kidding, I love you Momoring" Momo smiled at her and both continued eating.

Beside them were Chaeyoung and Mina. Chaeyoung was calling someone and Mina was eating.

"Yeah, yeah. Don't, yeah okay. Okay. Yeah ok Seulgi-yah be there at 9 tomorrow and we can talk it out. Yeah the meeting is at 10. Yeah. Thank you. Yeah. Bye." Chaeyoung hung up the phone and continued eating but Mina was still glaring at her.

"What happened Minari? You need something?"

"Seulgi?" Mina asked and Chaeyoung chuckled.

"Come one, she is just my assistant and besides I have my eyes set on a certain penguin, so..." Chaeyoung said making Mina smile. Chaeyoung took Mina's hand and smiled at her.

"I love you Minari."

"Me too Chaeyoung-ah."

"Forever?"

"Isn't that kinda cliche?" Mina said making Chaeyoung pout.

"Okay okay, I love you forever Chaeyoung-ah."
