Chapter 24

"Tzuyu-ah are you really sure in performing today? You're getting paler and paler" Jihyo ask. Beside her is Manager-oppa who look at Tzuyu with a worried expression.

"How's many times do you I have to tell you, Eonnie? I'm going to perform today. There's no reason for me not to." Tzuyu calmly replied.

All of the people in the waiting room sigh in defeat at Tzuyu's stubborn reply. The members and staffs in the room are worried in Tzuyu's condition. Twice are going to perform live in an award show. The rest of the members are getting their make-up done or stretching after their failed attempt in convincing the maknae to rest for today.

"There is. You don't look in a good condition to perform today. You don't look okay at all" Jihyo argued, her voice sounding like she's about to cry.

"Tzuyu-ah, I'm going to tell PD-nim if you continued to act stubborn. Your health is our number one priority and PD-nim wouldn't like it if something's going to happen to you because of your bad condition." Manager-oppa added.

A few whimpers whispering 'Chewy-ah' coming from the worried members can be heard. Some of the staffs even stop working after sensing the silent atmosphere. Tzuyu stares at everyone in awe. They truly really cared for her and she didn't like the expressions on their faces. She don't want them to get worried and sad because of her. It's the opposite of what she wants to do for them.

A knock on the door resonated around the room. Manager-oppa hurriedly opened the door and see that it's a staff of the show.

"Twice have five minutes before the stage performance. Please proceed immediately to the backstage."

"Nae. We'll be going."

Manager-oppa replied as the staff nod and walk away. Manager-oppa closed the door and look back at Tzuyu. They are pretty much not done yet.

"Aniyo. I'm going to perform today and that's final"

This earned a whine of complains from the members and Manager-oppa.

"But I'll rest after today's performance and go to the dorm, if that's all you guys wants."

Their worried faces immedietly lights up after Tzuyu said the most awaited line that they want to hear.

"Okay. Twiceu get yourselves ready! We're going to win this and make Onces happy!"

The members cheered up and do their last re-touch and re-check their outfits and mics with the help of the staffs.

"Seriously Tzuyu-ah. Do tell us if you don't feel well, okay?" Nayeon said as she gently caress the youngest member's shoulder.

"I will, Nayeon eonnie"

Nayeon hugs the cute maknae as the members also did the same, creating a group hug. They know Tzuyu is not well and a hug is like an assurance that everything will be okay for Tzuyu and the rest of the members.

"I will pinch your Yoda ears if something bad happens to you, Chewy-ah." Mina threaten with a menacing voice which makes everyone laugh.

The Twice with Manager-oppa proceed to the backstage. While waiting for the nominated group like them to get done performing. Some members are dancing or singing on the live song, some are just talking and Tzuyu is just standing stiffly. The time for the Twice to perform are getting closer. Beads of sweats are forming through Tzuyu's body, her heartbeat are getting faster and her visions getting hazy. All of this is not because she's nervous but because she can feel her body getting hard to move and tired.

'Oh no. Not again!'

Tzuyu nervously thought. She was about to tell the members when the host's voice announced about the next performer. Which is them. The members hurriedly went to the stage and get on their positions. When everything is ready, the songs starts and so do the yelling of the audiences.

After minutes of dancing and singing. Twice finished their performance with flying colors. Every nominated groups then stands on the stage while waiting for the announced winner when suddenly the dreadful moment of the girls and Manager-oppa happened.

Tzuyu's body suddenly collapse. Jeongyeon who was beside her fortunately caught her body before it hits the floor. The people in the show was shocked on what happened.

Manager-oppa with some staffs went on the stage to aid the idol who fainted. Tzuyu's face is forming cold sweats and without make-up, her face would be as white as paper. It looks like she will not going to wake-up any minute now.

A series of 'is she okay?' and 'what happened to her?' can be heard on the idols around them.

"Tzuyu-ah~"
"Please help her"
"Please do something"

Pleads from the members of Twice. Their worried and crying expressions can be seen on their faces again.

"Leave Tzuyu-ah to us. Okay? She'll be fine." Manager-oppa said.

"I'll go with you, Manager-oppa." The leader of the group side.

Manager-oppa nod in approval before he and the other staff helps Tzuyu's unconscious body to the backstage, where the emergency medical technicians waits.

The show continued and Tzuyu, Jihyo, Manager-oppa and some EMTs proceed to the hospital so Tzuyu can be treated properly. Turns out that it's not just any regular fainting incidents at all.

"Oppa, Tzuyu-ah will be fine right?"

"Of course she will."

The whole ride to the hospital, Tzuyu can feel gentle hands touching and holding hers. The familiar touch is familiar and she really miss it. The gentle touch that a Mother had.

Meanwhile at the JYP Entertainment building, a figure of a man on a wheelchair together with a man who appears like his assistant climbed out of a limousine outside the building. The two men went to the reception area and state their name and appointment with Mr. Park Jin Young. The receptionist immediately leads the way to the office and finally the two meets JYP.

" Mr. Chou Yi Tian and Mr. Shi, it's nice to finally meet you two sirs." (A/N: Mr. Shi is Yi Tian's secretary. I just came up with that last name btw hehe)

The two men greets back JYP who offered beverages for them but the two kindly declines it. As Chou Yi Tian is about to speak, a loud knock interrupts before it was open by the person outside.

"Excuse me, Sir! I'm very sorry for the rude interruption but we've got an emergency! Chou Tzuyu-ssi fainted after the live performance, sir!"

ok so first of ol, idk the symptoms when someone is about to faint like on Tzuyu's case so I just wrote things that I think can trigger it hehe annnnnd looks like i'm making Jihyo like a real mom here in this chap hehe and I think someone is going to pinch the yoda ears🐧 NEXT CHAPTER WILL BE GYU'S POV🍫❤️!
