Part 3- Rules?

I'm so Sorry I thought I posted the chapter but turns out it saved as a draft otherwise this chapter took longer than I intended it too.
After Virgil was shown around the house they all sat on the couch to discuss matters at hand.
"So as you know we would very happily become your new owners, but only if you feel comfortable with it" Virgil thought about it, they didn't seem mean like his last owners so... maybe he could trust them? " I-um I w-would like that" Virgil looked up to meet the three older men's eyes, one pair looking ecstatic another pair looking looking in awe and the last pair looking almost emotionless but with a glimpse of happiness and sympathy. "W-what are the r-rules?" Roman, Logan and Patton all looked between themselves until Roman spoke up "well little kitty" Virgil blushed slightly at the name " we all go to college so you'll be here by yourself for part of the day, so no answering doors at all even if we're here" Then Logan spoke up " we also have some mental things like ocd and that so we'll most likely call you for comfort." Virgil didn't mind these rules they made him feel less used and more needed, Virgil smiled and jolted back suddenly onto the floor when a strange sound erupted from his throat after a hand came into contact with his ears. He looked up at the worried glances looking at him "what was that" The three looked as if there hearts had broken 'hes never purred before? ' Virgil hesitated but climbed back into the couch with some help and sprawled across there laps looking back at them and whispers "can y-you do that again please" Patton let the biggest smile on his face as he started petting his ears giggling when he started purring again, Roman with an equally big smile rubbed circles on his back hearing the purrs get louder, Logan let a half-hearted chuckle out before petting his tail helicopter purrs escaping his throat.Virgil let a genuine satisfied cheeky grin appear on his face. Soon enough the stench of the still not so clean neko filled the room. One of the best sentences a neko could ever hear was spoken, making the neko immediately sit up meowing swaying his tail happily. The faded red haired person spoke these words far to happily
"I think someone needs a bubble bath"

Hope you enjoyed this chapter any ideas of what Virgil should be dressed in. I have to options something with dark colours or something pastel
