kim seoyun.

"i was thinking seven minutes in heaven."

i gulped. i knew where this was going. they'd put me in a room with yuta and take pictures of us and-

yukhei hopped off from the top bunk, turning to us all. "sounds fun. who's going where?" he smiled softly. he knew what was happening.

jiyoo giggled to herself. "i'll go with jaemin... jeno, you go with yuta, and seoyun... you go with yukhei. jeno and yuta, you go first."

yuta turned to me with a look of worry. i didn't blame him. if my girlfriend were going in a room, alone with another guy, for seven minutes, i would be worried too.

yuta slowly went into the closet with jeno. it was a larger closet, we used it to hold our bags and stuff in. it seemed kind of cramped, but they fit in there, so we figured the rest of us could.

i then thought more about it. jeno was a protective friend. what if yuta brought up dating me? i gulped again. this could not be any good. 

the room was awkwardly silent. everyone just kinda started doing their own thing, whether it be folding clothes, drawing, or whatever. i shifted and uncomfortably. the two people i was closest with were gone for the next seven minutes, so i made my way to jaemin. "how are you doing, jaemin?" i chuckled. jaemin turned to me and smiled. "i'm doing alright. it's kind of boring so far. i really hope that we do something interesting." he sighed and shoved a shirt into his bag. i just nodded.

"i agree."

a loud gasp erupted from behind us.

"fuck!!!'

both jaemin and i turned around, blinking a few times. yukhei had stubbed his toe into the wooden peg holding up his mattress. should i... help him...? i blinked a few times. he helped me when we were at the swamp. it wasn't much, but.. ah, fuck it.

i make my way to the taller and smile softly. "hey, are you alright?" i blinked and looked at him, clearly worried in some ways.

yukhei seemed... sort of shocked. "i'm fine.. thanks." he muttered under his breath as he took a seat on the bottom bunk, jiyoo's bed.

yuta and jeno quickly came out with a huff as they both turned to me.

"you're dating this guy!?"

"this guy's you're best friend!?"

they both exclaimed at the exact same time. i gasped and held up both my hands. "guys! people are probably trying to sleep in the cabins around us, please.." i whined and slowly sighed as everyone in the room looked at me. "yes, yuta and i made things official just before we all started playing this." i smiled and made my way to yuta, wrapping my arms around him.

everyone just stared before yukhei waved his hand. "yeah, yeah, whatever. who's next?" he looked around. jiyoo raised her hand and smiled. she gripped jaemin's wrist and tugged him into the room, shutting the door. we all sort of looked at each other before looking away. we were expecting something interesting out of those two to say the least. i sat beside yuta and helped him fold some of his clothes while we waited for the time to run out. jaemin and yukhei were carefully examining what yukhei had received while carelessly walking around the cabin. stubbing his toe, i mean.

eventually the pair came out. 

yikes, that's something. jiyoo was crying.

"i didn't do anything mean!! she just tried to kiss me and i told her i was gay!"

i chuckled and shook my head. "it's okay, jaemin." everyone turned to me and yukhei, before i blushed softly.

"seoyun... yukhei... it's your turn." jeno mumbled as he held the door open for us.

yukhei turned to me and held out his hand, motioning for me to go in first. i waved at jeno and yuta, making my way to the doorway. i stepped into the walk-in closet. damn. it was a lot smaller than i thought it was.

yukhei managed to squeeze himself through, and i blushed darkly. we were... really close.

"have fun!~" i could hear jiyoo exclaim before shutting the door. i caught a glimpse of a worried yuta just before the door shut.

...the closet was silent for about a minute before i slowly spoke up. "how's... how's your foot?" i looked up at him.

yukhei scoffed and looked away. "it's fine. it doesn't really hurt anymore. thanks."

i just nodded and looked up at him, humming a soft "mhm" before looking back down.

it was silent again.

"so you're dating pretty boy, yuta?"

he says that as if he isn't a pretty boy himself.

"yeah.. i am.."

yukhei sighed and turned to me, and we made eye contact for what felt like the first time. "be careful around him alright? he just goes around treating girls poorly. i really can't believe you didn't think of that before getting with him..." he noticed my wide eyes looking up at him. "...i mean, not that i care or anything.." he muttered with pink cheeks, looking away. 

i just chuckled and looked at him. "i know.. it's okay.. minseo told me the same thing... about watching out with him? i told her i'd keep an eye out." i sighed and looked down, playing with my fingers. 

yukhei looked down at me. his eyes seemed to soften for a moment. "ah... i see..." he just kept looking at me.

i blushed darkly and looked away. why was he looking at me like that?

"about minseo... and the whole thing with yuta... i-"

the door busts open with jiyoo smiling brightly.

she recovered quick after that episode back there.

"time's up! what'd you guys do?~" she smiled brightly and held the door open for us both.

"nothing. i had a headache, i'm going to sleep." yukhei muttered as he left the closet, going to his top bunk and slipping off his shirt.

i blinked as i watched him leave, starting to leave as well. what was he going to tell me? eh, it's whatever. i looked around before noticing something.

yuta wasn't... here.

"where did yuta go..?" i asked and looked around.

"he said he was going to the restroom." jaemin replied as he was changing his shirt. i just nodded and smiled.

"that's okay. i was planning on visiting minseo anyways." i grabbed my jacket and made my way out the door, waving at everyone softly. i made my way down the path to the cabin filled with most of my friends. it was painfully quiet. i was assuming everyone was out eating. "seems like minseo went with them." i mumbled as i carefully opened the door and went towards minseo's bed. i could tell by the pillow she had brought. i set a sheet of paper with some desserts i saved from home, setting them on her bed as i started to sit up to leave.

there was a weird sound coming from their bathroom. i slowly took a few steps towards the door. i heard what sounded like... minseo?

i blinked a few times and continued to listen.

"minseo, you're so gorgeous. i can't believe i didn't get with you sooner." i heard a voice. it sounded... a lot like someone i was hoping it wouldn't be.

"i know, handsome..~ but you were so close with seoyun and i.. thought i had no chance... when i saw you two kissing, i lost all my thoughts." i felt my eyes water.

i knew exactly where this was going.

"oh, minseo. you know i only used her for you. i couldn't be happier now. i'm sure she's out with the others, having fun."

i couldn't take this anymore. stupid nakamoto yuta did exactly what i didn't want him to do. what he promised he wouldn't do. he did exactly what all the others do.

i turned the handle and opened the door.
