Goku woke up, feeling refreshed from the day before. He stretched his arms out a little before getting out of bed to pick out his clothes for his training. He quickly grabbed a pair of grey sweatpants and a red T-shirt, before walking down to eat something before he did his warm-up for the day.

He grabbed a bean from the pouch on his table, munching on it before stepping out of his home. As he walked out, he accidentally banged his head on the door, making him step back and hiss, rubbing his forehead in pain, his tail twitching from the pain.

The door increased its height, and Goku walked out without banging his head this time, going to the area where he ran daily. He had to increase the height of the door because of him growing so much in three years. Before his training with MUI, he was 5'8", but now, he was a towering 6', with a ton of muscles adding onto his physical build, and a dark brown, almost black tail.

He stretched his entire body when he went out, knowing that he wouldn't have time for it during any other time in the day. He knew that instantly from the first week of training, smiling as he remembered his first lesson.

Flashback

After the first week of training, Goku found out his entire body was aching badly, as if he was pummeled into the ground multiple times in the day, literally. "MUI, why in the world do I feel so much pain, basically everywhere?"

MUI chuckled and explained, "You're using each part of your body during different parts of our training, and we're training each muscle that can help you in battle. Do you recall stretching your entire body fully during this week's training?"

Goku shook his head, his tail laying dormant because of the amount of pain, and MUI continued, "The most important thing when training is, so you don't suffer any long term injuries during it, and after it. Stretching is the only way to have your body get used to each muscle that you use, and it's best if you do it every day before training. Understand?"

Goku looked as if he was kidding, his tail now twitching with aggravation even though it hurts, and he asked, "But we have no time to stretch every time we train! How am I supposed to stretch my entire body before we start?!"

"Simple. Wake up earlier, and stretch your entire body before we start training." MUI told him with a glare. Goku noted this as an essential part of his training and nodded, and promised to do his best to upkeep it from that day forth.

"But uh... How am I supposed to train now that my whole body is aching?" Goku pointed out. MUI just motioned him to come over and sit down, and to let MUI heal him. Goku did so, and MUI took the water above the waterfall, as it was the purest water he could find.

MUI sat down, facing him, and started to use the water to heal him of his aches on each part of his body slowly. This process took around an hour, but Goku indeed learned his first lesson after that day.

Flashback end

Goku smiled, even though it was a harsh way to learn things like that, he learned a lot from this way of learning. It was a no gain, no pain lesson after all.

After stretching, his tail wrapped around his waist tightly as he went, he started jogging for a while, before speeding up to a running pace and sprinted. He didn't stop running after that, and after 30 minutes, he slowed down and finally jogged to a stop back to where he started.

He simply laid down on the grass, catching his breath, before grabbing a water bottle with his tail and drinking it of its contents. After a while, MUI looked at him and asked, "Are you ready for today's training?"
